Very helpful staff, easy to get around, food was good. This has nothing to do with the hotel but please be aware at the airport- as you leave customs and head for the exit there are blue shirted people there that will try to pull you in, they say they work for the airport and appear to be customer service people (there are so many of them, and look official) - you will have to avoid them and they... Not all of the resturants are open at each meal, so you have to pay attention to the sheet they give you when you check in |

I loved the location: right on the ocean. Royal Solaris is really two connected resorts, so they have a ton of beach front. I also like the stocked mini-fridge, as it saved us from having to buy bottled waters when we went on day trips. My friend was vegetarian and while she did alright finding food to eat, on some days she did not have all that many choices. She joked that her favorite meal was "snack time" when she could fill up on chips, nachos, and guacamole. |

Excellent location and nice territory; good food - choice, quality, different cuisines; friendly staff (restaurant, diff. services - except reception) Employees at reception were not friendly and helpful enough. Leaks after heavy rains: room, lobby, restaurant. High humidity at the room. |

Hotel cu raport calitate pret excelent, mancare foarte buna si diversificata, este situat la Km.18, la 8 km fata de centrul statiunii, personalul foarte politicos, serviciile excelente. |

Nos gusto mucho la atencion del personal. Las instalaciones son limpias y bonitas. La playa es muy segura. Room Service es excelente. A la comida le hizo falta incluir más mariscos. |

la nourriture est trés correcte, pour le reste.... Les chambres sont dans la partie "caribe" de l hotel, ancienne, à déconseiller absolumnt aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se deplacer, nombreux escaliers, cotes dures... la parie "royal" est peut etre mieux, il vaut mieux payer plus et etre bien;; |

El personal del hotel se porta de maravillas, los chicos del staff de entretenimientos son excelentes. Y en general todo funcionó muy bien. Resaltamos el trabajo del Señor Rafael Rodriguez de Lomas Travel que se desarrolla en su hotel Los baños de la planta baja por lo general estaban sucios. |

ihan hyvä allasalue, ranta hyvä, huoneet ja seisovan pöydän ruoka hyvää, kaikin puolin ok, mutta hinta oli aika kova uudenvuoden aikaan huoneessa ilmankosteus tosi kova, mikään ei kuivunut ikinä, hieman jopa alkoi tiivistyä kattoon ja tiputtamaan |

Amabilidad de los empleados, la calidad y variedad de la comida y restaurantes, habitación con vistas al mar y terraza, hospitality con baños, duchas y amenities para el último día después del check-out. No dan la posibilidad de un late check-out. Habitaciones comunicadas con puertas a través de las que se oye todo, sin intimidad y sin descanso. Muchos turistas de usa ruidosos en las areas comunes (piscina y bar). |

las actividades del hotel y la variedad de comidas no me comunicaron si habia servicio de aereopuerto hotel y viceversa, tampoco me comunicaron que mi habitación no iba a estar frente al mar porque tenia otro precio |
