I got a massive room that faces the Zocalo and the cathedral and has probably some of the best views in Puebla. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is perfectly clean. The building is an old kind of palace and has a nice atmosphere and traditional decoration. The internet access is mediocre, there internet only worked at the reception and restaurant so I had to leave the room every time I needed to use it, which in my case is frequently. On the weekends the room is very noisy from the afternoon until almost midnight but during the weekdays it's fine considering it's the busiest spot in Puebla. |

Junior suite was very nice, clean and roomy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Wireless connection was very poor. Was not able to connect laptop to hotel. Used unsecured free wireless connection offered by puebla. |

The hotel is very clean, charming and right on the zocalo, excellent for walking and browsing shops and markets, and of course, the cathedral. The staff are most helpful and courteous. A delicious breakfast is served between 8-am and noon, nice not to be hurried. I had a fabulous stay and would definately return The internet connection is sketchy, I was disappointed that it was not avaliable in my room, I had to go to the reception area or restaurant, so if staying at the hotel on business this can be a problem. Its also very noisy at night, the only drawback to being on the zocalo, weeknights are not too bad but weekends get hectic!! |

We were located right in front of the Zocalo. For the price we paid, that is unheard of! If this hotel were renovated, it could make a fortune. |
