Although the mattress is placed on a wooden frame as opposed to a cement platform (common in Mexico), our bed was still hard as a rock. We did not have a blanket, except for a decorative runner. Wifi did not work in our room (room 23), but did work well in our friend's room (21). There is no coffee offered in room or on the property. In fact, they don't even provide a paper or plastic cup to use in the bathroom. No trash can in our room or bathroom. The room has very poor lighting unless the sliding glass door curtain is opened. They offer no wash cloths, and only one hand towel, but no place to hang it. No shampoo or soap. They use the liquid dispenser type of soap, which is o.k.
The wifi was good around the property, except for our room (23). The staff is friendly and accommodating and gave us extra towels, a blanket, and a trash can when requested. Our room was clean, and the property is clean. We had a large, good refrigerator in the room. There is a nice breeze when the sliding door is opened. This hotel is right across the street from a park. There was a festival going on with lots of great food and better prices on goods than in town. And, this property is located across the street from the Alamo car rental pick up and drop off site. Super convenient.
