Great location; especially for non-inclusive! Plenty to do with out needing transportation. Loved the beach view and closeness to the waves, restaurants, entertainment, buses, markets, etc. Also enjoyed the local buses.

Three switch light switch in room 102A had faulty wiring shocking when bare foot.

Perfect location if your in town to party and the beach. Room was perfect worth few extra bucks for ocean view with Hugh balcony. I would recommend this place but if you want a quite get away then move down the coast a bit.

This is a fantastic location in the Hotel Zone if you plan on spending lots of time on the beach, while also being close to all the main night clubs and tons of restaurants. Great price for a great location.

This is not a luxury hotel, you get what you pay for, but it rooms are decent and have a kitchen which is really nice and it's the best price you can get for this great location.

One of older hotels on the area it slept 8 in our condo with a kitchen so made for great family venue on the beach.

The kitchen utensils had not been replenished so didn't gave can opener for example. But good for the price. We were there waiting for cyclone to arrive so cut short by one night but couldn't get any refund on the prepaid amount.

отличный отель, все очень понравилось. ездили в январе. номер с видом на океан. номер очень большой с кухней с двумя двуспальными кроватями, так что по идее туда и 3-4 человека без проблем войдут. все чисто, хорошо обставленно, вид просто отличный, океан прямо у края кровати ). персонал очень приветливый, убирались хорошо. отель (хотя на самом деле это не совсем отель, а кондоминимум с доп услугами как в отелях) находится в самой центровой точке туристического канкуна. прямо у входа все основные тусовочные зоны. при этом, если брать номер на океан, то со сном все в порядке ничего не мешает. выбирал из нескольких отелей, в том числе более высокой ценовой категории, здесь подкупили отзывы на разных сайтах и в последний момент решили поехать сюда, чему остались очень рады.

интернет только в лобби. в номерах на стороне улицы и лагуны спать скорее всего не получиться - эти номера только для заядлых дискотечников или глухих. (еще раз отмечу на стороне океана все отлично - слышен только прибой).

Fare la doccia guardando quello spettacolo di mare è fantastico!!! La posizione è ottima.

Un po' rumoroso la notte perchè vicino alle discoteche.

Arredamento scadente, di scarsa qualità e con pochi armadi. Cucina scadente.

La ubicación es excelente, tiene todas las comodidades es limpio, el precio es muy bueno, una excelente alternativa si no quieres viajar todo incluido y no necesitas de lujos sino comodidad, literalmente al lado de las mejores discos y de mas de 10 sitios para comer
