Great location; especially for non-inclusive! Plenty to do with out needing transportation. Loved the beach view and closeness to the waves, restaurants, entertainment, buses, markets, etc. Also enjoyed the local buses. Three switch light switch in room 102A had faulty wiring shocking when bare foot.

Very nice, very comfortable. Excellent location, gorgeous ocean view from our second floor balcony, beach right out the back entrance of the building. Located right in the heart of the hotel zone and close to everything (bars/nightclubs, restaurants,shopping, etc.). Excellent value for the money.

Perfect location if your in town to party and the beach. Room was perfect worth few extra bucks for ocean view with Hugh balcony. I would recommend this place but if you want a quite get away then move down the coast a bit.

The central place and the Big rooms It was too loud 3 days 24hours at new years the beach party and the noise of the Airconditioning in the Forum. You Cant stay on the balcony it was very loud.

This is a fantastic location in the Hotel Zone if you plan on spending lots of time on the beach, while also being close to all the main night clubs and tons of restaurants. Great price for a great location. This is not a luxury hotel, you get what you pay for, but it rooms are decent and have a kitchen which is really nice and it's the best price you can get for this great location.

One of older hotels on the area it slept 8 in our condo with a kitchen so made for great family venue on the beach. The kitchen utensils had not been replenished so didn't gave can opener for example. But good for the price. We were there waiting for cyclone to arrive so cut short by one night but couldn't get any refund on the prepaid amount.

The two bedroom suite was very convenient for a family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach are great. It is extremely loud due to the fact that it is across the street from several night clubs. If you want to sleep at night, do not stay in this hotel.

отличный отель, все очень понравилось. ездили в январе. номер с видом на океан. номер очень большой с кухней с двумя двуспальными кроватями, так что по идее туда и 3-4 человека без проблем войдут. все чисто, хорошо обставленно, вид просто отличный, океан прямо у края кровати ). персонал очень приветливый, убирались хорошо. отель (хотя на самом деле это не совсем отель, а кондоминимум с доп услугами как в отелях) находится в самой центровой точке туристического канкуна. прямо у входа все основные тусовочные зоны. при этом, если брать номер на океан, то со сном все в порядке ничего не мешает. выбирал из нескольких отелей, в том числе более высокой ценовой категории, здесь подкупили отзывы на разных сайтах и в последний момент решили поехать сюда, чему остались очень рады. интернет только в лобби. в номерах на стороне улицы и лагуны спать скорее всего не получиться - эти номера только для заядлых дискотечников или глухих. (еще раз отмечу на стороне океана все отлично - слышен только прибой).

La ubicación es excelente, tiene todas las comodidades es limpio, el precio es muy bueno, una excelente alternativa si no quieres viajar todo incluido y no necesitas de lujos sino comodidad, literalmente al lado de las mejores discos y de mas de 10 sitios para comer

La position geographique est parfaite. C'est a quelques pas du Forum by the Sea, et c'est l'hotel le plus proche du fameux Coco Bongo (50m environ). Le personnel est bien gentil et pret a aider et conseiller. L'hotel est aussi au bord de la plage sur la mer des Caraibes..En revanche l'hotel semble vieillir et a un ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas. Je le conseillerais pour les gens qui n'ont besoin que du necessaire pour leur voyage (pas de luxe). J'ai paye la nuit 65us. Pas mal!!! Si votre intention est de visiter la ville (et ses environs), aller a la plage, consulter son mail et surfer sur le net (c'est possible dans le lobby de l'hotel), je vous conseillerais le Salvia Cancun, qui est l'hotel qui est le plus proche des attractions (clubs) de la ville. Il est aussi tres proche d'un bon restaurant mexicain "Carlos and Charlie''

La ubicacion Me quede en varios hoteles en esta zona, todos me cobraron solo el precio de la reserva, este hotel fue el unico que me agrego unos impuestos. En la habitacion habia hormigas, dejamos unos sandwichs en unos envases bien cerrados, pero estos se llenaron de hormigas, el baño es poco chico, no te dan shampoo, nos quedamos en otros hoteles del mismo precio y mucho mejor, creo que mas que nada pagas la ubicacion, esta en medio de la movida nocturna, eso si, si buscas tranquilidad no vayas, escuchas la musica de las discos hasta las 6am mi marido no pudo dormir...
