Good place to stay. Beautifull sea view. Close to shops, street food and night clubs. Good connection with airport with private hotel transfer. Possibility to make private tours on Yucatan most important places ( ask about Julian at reception desk).
Relaxed vibe. Desk people were friendly. Lobby is nice. Beach has big waves (faces the open ocean) - people were surfing, not as great for swimming except the area to the left of the hotel which is protected by a breakwater. Near restaurants, bars, and clubs.
Didn't realize we would be renting someone's condo. The quality of the units seems to vary dramatically. Desk people were nice but their job was not to help short-term guests so they lacked basic tourist info that I am used to getting at hotels/hostels (where to book tours, restaurant recommendations, etc.) Location near so many clubs means extremely noisy at night, but ok with ear plugs.
Wifi charges are extra. At a hotel that's over $200us per night? I own a motel and we don't charge for internet. Also didn't stay the last night of my scheduled trip and they tried to charge me.
Good location just on the beach and great view from the ocean view room.
Hotel is quite old, need some update. Not far from a big disco, so noisy till 4:30, that it was imposible to sleap.
I can't believe it is a hotel, if you don't want to ruin your vocation, keep away from it!!!!!!
Staff are the friendliest people, the hotel is super safe because there is security on at all times, the location is prime for people wanting to be near the nightlife. Overall I had the best experience
Nice beach Good dinner options nearby Clean units
Extra charges No hairdryer Noisy at night No place for breakfast
Close to bars Nice pool Access to beach
Double charged my booking, still unresolved a month later Wi-Fi wasn't free
Bartender chris. Angel sent from above. Order banana loca, best drink in mexico!!!
The facilities are poor. Feels like a jail. Its a hotel, not a hostel. No guests allowed. I felt like a teenager.
-Amazing view from the condo. -Security is very strict doesnt let anyone go in if you dont have a wrist band...which is excellent. -Very clean rooms once you get there -Great location for clubs, restaurant, walking distance. -Bus stop right infront of the condo.
- Staff attitude (Receptionist) very rude and mad all the time -The doors of the condos are not too secure but at least you have the security downstairs and doesnt let anyone by without a wrist band. - AC has one unit and very hot rooms -The four days we stayed only one time the room services lady came up and clean which was a day before we left the condo. -I personally had to take the dirty towls downstairs and get new ones. - Never receieved a courtesy call to see if everything was ok. -I had to take the trash out to the hall way and put new trash bags. - I washed all the dishes because no one came upstairs to clean. :( So never thought I would be doing this during my vacation...BUT I DID because we were 6 people in the condo.
Location is the best
Staff are pretty awful. No functioning internet
AC was running very slow .The staff was rude .my room was terrible it was ants on my bed and on the floor. It was a bad odor to the room .i only stay for one night .i left to go to Aloft hotel which was very nice
The bathroom .
The location was great and so was the value for money! It is the closest you can possibly get to the clubbing zone and is very safe with tight security. Very good access to the beach too.
The staff is not hospitable at all. It feels that they are doing you a favor by giving you such a cheap deal. We are paying money and the staff just takes that for granted.
The location is excellent, however, I could set up a tent on an empty lot in the same location as Salvia and have a similar experience to staying in the condo.
Firstly, the staff is in no way approachable or cordial. As guests, we pay for an at-minimum "comfortable" stay. There was a massive flood while we were there, which was the furthest thing from "comfortable." The elevators were broken and the stairway was a shower. It was never addressed by the staff with any type of explanation. On another note, it is ironic to be charged for extra towels at the same hotel in which there is a giant (and I mean giant) flood. After such a large facility malfunction, I don't believe that we should have even had to pay full price for our stay. I have pictures of the condos from the time of the flood (as well as others highlighting the poor maintenance of the building) that I will be uploading to trip advisor and other sites upon my arrival home.
Being right by the beach and close to bars, restaurants and the little shopping mall, made for a very convenient and pleasant stay.
One night there was a lot of noise from a beach disco, but then I guess a lot of people liked it, so no big issue.
view view view! good location in cancun
Hotel was right downtown next to all the clubs/bars which was excellent. It also opened right onto the beach which was very convenient.
Absolutely no visitors allowed in the hotel (people who are not staying there). The "bar" is nearly empty every night and the food is overpriced. Wifi stopped working the first night and we never received a refund for the money we paid ($5 per day).
fully equipped kitchen
no chairs on the beach
Excellent location, right on the beach with ocean view rooms available. Really everything you would need is in walking distance. Simple but fair, good value for your money.
Wifi is availably only in the lobby and costs extra fee (however a symbolic sum of some 60 pesos a day). There is no way to access the internet in the rooms and also the wifi in lobby area is slow and unstable.
nice size beds and the view, tv and a/c was nice.
noisy, no bottled water to drink in room, bathroom very old. staff had a little trouble with english.
perfectly located, big rooms, very clean, top price, nice view from the seaside rooms
you have to pay for wifi(5$) and safe (1$)
We liked that they let us check in early and have a later check out. The beach was very nice. Free beach towels.
We had to pay extra for Internet and coffee. It's more of a condo complex than a hotel , each unit seems to be different. Our unit was ok while our friends was nice. Cleanliness was ok - we had a spilled drink on the patio that had been there awhile. Garbage wasn't taken out from previous guests. SUPER loud music from bar two buildings down - played until 6 pm. Not very peaceful.
The location was great. The place was really nice and I enjoyed the kitchen so we could buy food and eat in our condo. All together, it was really nice.
That we had to pay for coffee at the entrance. I think that it could be included. The patio doors didn't close properly so we always had a sound with the wind coming in between the doors.
Great location, nice and clean room with small kitchen. Amazing view to the ocean.
Wifi is 25$ for a week and it still does`nt work. Hotel staff is not very friendly and actually there was just one guy who can or want to speak english. For a first they did not find our reservation, then they forgat to give us bracelet for hotel and we had a lot of explainig to get back to the hotel in the night-security just did not believe we really staining there and I can understand him-this is his job to check who you are but from recepetion it`s not a good job to forget this.
