Very cheap and right on the main square
The room was pretty rough, a bad smell of damp from the bathroom so we kept the door closed. A bit mouldy and lumpy beds but, it was the cheapest in Mérida!
Location,the restaurant on the entry,
the planing of the bilding
Two steps to Zocalo.
Staff dosen't speak English. Poor breakfast, if they will remember to give you a coupon for it and you have a lot of time to wait for it (not worth it). Wifi is only near the reception desk. Rooms are dirty, mould on walls, cockroaches in the bathroom.
Even for that money no more
Perfect location right in the center Good WiFi also in our room Restaurant downstairs No problems with warm water
Bed was old and you could feel springs Bathroom awkwardly built into the room
very close to town, excellent value for money, organised and friendly staff, good breakfast.
Noisy at night as room was very close to the downstairs bar/cafe, but you get that. Otherwise vg value for the price we paid.
Very good located (100m away from the Zocalo), a fairly good equipped gym in a 5 minutes walk reachable. 10 minutes away from the bus station.
Weak breakfast and totally complicated staff if you'd like to modify it slightly. In some rooms you're not able to pick up the wifi.
Super close to the main plaza
For breakfast old coffee heated in the microwave. Personal was not able to help at any questions..
It is near the main square. The room was big.
There was not water for a shower after 22:00 (even cold).
the man behind reception during the day was friendly and nice.
the restaurant for breakfast is dirty and the staff were very miserable i felt like an inconvenience, they played the tv really loud until midnight. the room was not clean and the shower sprayed everywhere but down. you could hear everything from the rooms next door and adjacent.
the room was like an oven. it was always several degrees hotter than outside, and since it was already rather hot outside, staying in the room was rather unpleasant
poor conditions; no city map provided
Great staff, clean, good comfort for the money, incredible location, good restaurant.
It is close to the main square. The staff were helpful.
In terms of location it is simply perfect you really cannot get any closer to the main plaza. There is also arestaurant there which serves good simple and cheap food.
The hotel was good nothing fancy but petfect for people on a budget. I don't think the staff speak english but basic spanish should be enough to get by.
Location. Right by the plaza indepencia; very convenient
The hotel is an absolute hole. Dark, dirty and depressing. Don't book this if you plan on doing more than sleeping here. No parking either, which can run to about 140 pesos for a day in a lot.
