They upgraded me to a large suite because when I arrived my room wasn't ready. Very nice of them. They are efficient. The suite was awesome and impeccably clean.Strong internet connection in room. Nice kitchenette with coffee and tea service. Not very strong air conditioning ---- maybe none at all. It was hard to tell but it just seemed to blow air---not cooled air. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the sofa.

The hotel is excellently located. This was our second stay here and we would certainly try it again. No surprises, just friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet suite(we love having our breakfast in our room, and at night enjoying a cup of hot chocolate as well!). It would be great if the beds were more comfortable....perhaps there could be an extra mattress added.

The rooms very very clean and the location was excellent. The beds were too hard. The staff were sometimes friendly and other times kind of distant. The young couple who came with me for a medical conference were given a room with 2 twin beds even though we had booked ours rooms weeks in advance.

I liked the size of the rooms, we had a big area with a kitchen & dining table area with a great view of the Angel monument from the window. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The take-away restaurant downstairs is really nice and they bring the food to your hotel room. The staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day . Its in a safe area and there is lots of nice restaurants nearby. I stayed for 23 nights in this hotel and i would definately stay here again when i next visit mexico city. To improve the hotel i would suggest upgrading the tv's in the hotel because they are very old. invest in some flat screens. Secondly it was great that the internet was free in the hotel but the computers in the internet room are so old and slow and they only had 2 computers, they could probably deal with having half a dozen modern computers in there. The gym room could be so good only if the equipment was maintained. The running machines dont work & the barbell was broken. And the light bulbs in the gym were not changed so there was not much light in there, Seriously 1 days work in that gym to just give the equipment some attention and it will be a great little hotel gym. Also they should buy some gym mats to warm-up/down on. Finally the parking is too expensive, i think it was 125 pesos per day and if you go round the corner you can get parking for 25 pesos per day.

It was very nice, clean and friendly. I will stay there again! Their business center was not up to date, no big deal if you bring your own laptop or ipad since the hotel has wi fi all over

As a solo female traveler it was important to stay somewhere near the city safe with easy access to the main areas at a reasonable price. Many restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful. Felt very safe. Every time I used the (supplied) hairdryer, the power broke down. (They offered to change over the hairdryer, but by then I was leaving). Airconditioning/cooling was very hard to adjust.

Asking to borrow an electric adaptor for a couple of hours (euro- america) they ask me a fee. Ridicolous amount of money but not acceptable if you rent a room for few days.

The location is good. It's an okay neighborhood with lots of eating options. The bed and bedding were nice. The rooms smells of sewer gas. It's another one of those places where you can hardly open a windwow (there is one little thing to slide to get some fresh air.) And when you want to close the windows, they do not seal the street noise out. Some of the floors have tile hallways which amplify all of the noise.

Staff was nice and helpful. The kitchenette is a great perk and free internet access. Good! That it didn't have a swimming pool, kind of old, and didn't have a small scrubbing towel (luff).
