Room a bit dated and paid for a room with either lagoon or sea view but received neither - booked out early

Beach was great. 3 pools. Lots of room for people to hang out.

They lost our reservation. Weren't very accommodating until management got involved. They don't do much at night for entertainment. Breakfast choices get old. Need more bars to hang out in.

Everything.

Price is just slightly over-the-top.

It was one of the best resorts we stayed at.

Restaurant are closed from 5 pm to 6:30. there should be at least one restaurant open all day, perhaps the poolside cafe. The do have room service but we are not fans of sitting in our room to eat. The Internet needs improvement, many outages, intermitant and slow. Should be better for a 5 star hotel.

Everything was great

All included mini bar, cocktails and restaurants!! The staff were very helpful and took the hassle out of everything, good food, nice pools, clean rooms, a great place and I'd recommend it to anyone!

The only slight on Sandos is the distance it is from the ferry terminals and from any decent shopping areas along thehotel strip.

We travel to the Riviera Maya as a couple in our 20's at least once a year, and this time we stayed at Sandos Cancun Luxury Experience Resort. We got a great deal through booking.com and loved the resort. We can honestly say that Sandos was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely helpful, the food was amazing, and the best part: the pool and spa are second to none. We were able to relax, eat great and just really enjoy the beach. We really cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will be back!

There really wasn't much that we didn't like. The resort was only at about 30% capacity the weekend we were there, which made it difficult to meet people. Other than that, there was nothing not to like.

Very good food.

Service is ok but not excellent, the waiters are polite but not in passion. Very bad position. Price is high nearly all the rooms can only see a corner of the beach and sea

The staff is extremely gentle and helpful in a friendly way. It's really very clean. The food is of good quality. The beach is known to be municipal, but I felt no difference with private. I would not advice this for the trip with the children under 15. It's too windy and huge waves- not safety for swimming. But that's common for the area. Besides, they have good swimming pool Я бы не рекомендовала для отдыха с детьми младше 15. В этой местности очень ветрено и высокие волны- небезопасно для плавания. Бассейн хороший.

идеальное месторасположение.недалеко от канкуна,от всех крупных торговых центров и дискотек.отличный пляж.очень вкусный шведский стол.дружелюбный персонал,который радостно учит русский язык.)) вообщк-понравилось все.ощущения самые приятные.

в комнате холодный пол.)) вот,пожалуй,и все.ну и еще-в день заселения нас попытались обмануть и дать не тот номер,который мы бронировали.но как только мы подошли разбираться на ресепшен,вопрос решили и через 15 минут дали отличный номер с видом на море.

Falta de treinamento dos funcionários que só funcionam com propina, limpeza dos quartos e pelo nivel do hotel a comida e drinks deixam muito a desejar!Os drinks não tem gosto de nada...

Jeg elsket dette hotellet! Alt var bra.. Servicen fra personalet var utmerket.. Kjempegod mat, flott rom og fantastisk bassengområde! De gjorde d de kunne for at vi skulle ha et bra opphold. En frokost jeg aldri før har sett maken til:) kommer tilbake!

Ninguém falava português, mas consegui me conmunicar com meu portunhol.

Me parecio un excelente hotel, lujoso, un gran servicio, realmente fue una grandiosa experiencia Gourmet, perfecto para ir a descansar y con la pareja o familia y con muchas actividades a realizar.

En si me parecio un gran hotel, lo unico malo es que a sierta hora de la tarde, ya no le da sol a la alberca ya que tiene un hotel que le tapa el sol

La atención es insuperable y la comida y es todo un lujo!

Outstanding in service and facilities. I loved that it was smaller than many of the hotels on the strip. Restaurants had great food for an all inclusive resort.
