Zuwenig Liegen am Strand und Pool keine schöne Bademöglichkeit im Meer und Pool überfüllt zuviel Unterhaltung, zu laut zu lange Wartezeiten bei der Rezeption und zu bestimmten Zeiten beim Mittagsbuffet überteuerte Internetpreise

The beach was beautiful and I liked the all-inclusive package as it made everything esier. I feel there was a lack of information, the only time we were told anything was when they were trying to sell tours.

The staff were very friendly and spoke a variety of languages. The food was well prepared and there was always a wide variety of choices. The beach was gorgeous and they usually had sufficient beach chairs available. There was a distinct sulfur smell entering the main dining are which was off-putting. They called it an Eco-resort, but apart from the signs I saw little evidence of ecological action or lessening of their "footprint" on display. The use of disposable plastic cups with no effort to encourage reuse was particularly poor form.

The price couldn't be beat for an all inclusive with multiple pools and beach access. Additionally the hotel staff were very kind. Overall it was a relaxing trip at a great price. The hotel rooms and food (although plentiful) were mediocre. We still had a fantastic trip, but don't expect gourmet food or luxurious accommodations. I would highly recommend the resort for families with children. For those without, seek out the adults only pool!

the grounds were very green and scenic with lots of shade - it felt like botanical garden. loved the kids water park and the kids club. shows were good. food was very decent;Good dinner restaurants. the buffet at first i thought it was excellent; I LOVED the live band playing there for every meal. beach was clean and there was enough shade for everyone. the only thing i though could be improved is the room - our hotel room felt like it was old, balcony straw roof was broken and leaking during rain, screen door of the balcony kept on falling out, the room had a little bit of a dunggy smell. everything else was good, so it was not a big deal, we got used to it. we stayed in unit 36 rook 3613 and at night when we went to bed around 11pm the music from the club was extremely loud, but we got used to it too. the most annoying thing for me was the loud horn blowing every 20min right under our window ( i could never take a nap because of it) it was for the boat ride the guy was blowing into a large sea shell - completely unnecessary - especially with so many little children who nap during the day. luckily my daughter still napped. Buffet - after 4th day of lunching lunch there i was getting bored of the same selections.

Cerca del centro (a 5 min. en taxi) y con una playa espectacular a la orilla del propio hotel. Muy recomendable!! No wifi en habitaciones, solo en zona comun un poco alejada de la habitacion, por decir algo malo...

La comida, los restaurant especiales que tienen, la amabilidad de la gente, etc. No tener la psobilidad de que te brinden un servicio de transporte (propio del Sandos) desde el aeropuerto al hotel. Algunas habitaciones se encuntran lejos de la playa, si bien hay medios que te llevan, no pasan con mucha frecuencia.

Anläggningens bevarade naturområde, stranden och personalen. Rummen håller inte speccielt hög standard. Om detta är 5-stjärnigt hotell i Mexico så bör nog den internationella beteckningen endast vara 2-3 stjärnor på rummen.

Любезное и внимательное обращение со стороны персонала. После прохождения массажных процедур в spa центре нам не предостави сдачу в размере 30 долл.США, пояснив, что это "tip" - "чаевые" за хорошее обслуживание. Объяснив, что размер чаевых мы выберем сами, а не скольео считает администратор, получили сдачу и оплатили чаевые.

Tout ! l'hôtel est bien situé, un peu à l'écart de Playa Del Carmen, la plage est magique, nous avons vu pas mal de plages aux alentours et celle de l'hôtel est de loin la plus sympa. Les infrastructures, le service du personnel de l'hôtel, la restauration, les animaux en liberté partout dans l'hôtel, génial pour les enfants. Tout était parfait

Bem localizado, muito limpo, espaçoso, boa comida, excelente estrutura de lazer e funcionários extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Merece destaque e parabéns especial ao cuidado com a natureza, com a presença de animais nativos (esquilos, pássaros, lagartos, quatis, etc) transitando entre os hóspedes nas áreas comuns e reciclagem de materiais utilizados. Ficaríamos hospedados novamente, com toda a certeza. Os quartos mais antigos (os mais distantes da praia) estão sendo remodelados aos poucos, pois possuem alguns probleminhas, por exemplo, o ar condicionado e o cooler são fracos, mas funcionam (sem muita potência). Porém, o hotel atende prontamente aos chamados de reparo e a equipe de manutenção é rápida e atenciosa: tivemos problemas com o cofre, que foi imediatamente substituído, não causando maiores transtornos ou demora. Caso o hóspede tenha dificuldade de locomoção deve pedir hospedagem no térreo, pois os quartos estão distribuídos em pequenos prédios de 3 andares, sem elevadores.

Tanti aspetti negativi. L'stallazioni non erano sufficienti per la quantità di persone che occupavano il posto; il cibo era di basssisima qualità e si poteva usufruoire soltanto di due ristoranti a buffet e non di 7. Pessimo per una vacanza di relax

Es un resort precioso, muy grande, encontramos muchas actividades para compartir en familia. El hotel era màs de lo que esperabamos. El clima maravilloso, las piscinas muy templadas. El personal muy amable. La habitacion tenia un poco de mal olor. En el buffett de desayuno, es molesto que los meseros sigan sirviendo la taza de cafe, seria mas practico que pusieran un termo por mesa o que el huesped se pueda servir directamente de las cafeteras.

Nos ha fascinado en si todo el conjunto de restaurantes ( aunque no pudimos igresar a algunos por desconocimiento que habia que hacer reserva) asi mismo las instalaciones y actividades que allí se realizan,, nos agrado que no encontramos ventas a pesar de ser playa privada en ocasiones se filtran los venteros. Tienen un bar 24 hs donde si uno llega a cualquier hora todavia puede comer un snack. La amabilidad de todos los que trabajan alli durante todo el dia. La limpieza es muy buena. La comida es variada y muy buena. Los tragos tambien. El hotel es muy grande, se encuentra entre mucha vegetación, hay que caminar bastante para ir a las habitaciones o esperar el carrito que te lleve luegode realizar todos los checkin que haya en el momento. Falta snack en la playa. Queda lejos del aeropuerto a unos 90 USD en taxi con lo cual es recomendable contratar un servicio de transporte antes de llegar.
