The beach was beautiful and I liked the all-inclusive package as it made everything esier.

I feel there was a lack of information, the only time we were told anything was when they were trying to sell tours.

The staff were very friendly and spoke a variety of languages. The food was well prepared and there was always a wide variety of choices. The beach was gorgeous and they usually had sufficient beach chairs available.

There was a distinct sulfur smell entering the main dining are which was off-putting. They called it an Eco-resort, but apart from the signs I saw little evidence of ecological action or lessening of their "footprint" on display. The use of disposable plastic cups with no effort to encourage reuse was particularly poor form.

the grounds were very green and scenic with lots of shade - it felt like botanical garden. loved the kids water park and the kids club. shows were good. food was very decent;Good dinner restaurants. the buffet at first i thought it was excellent; I LOVED the live band playing there for every meal. beach was clean and there was enough shade for everyone.

the only thing i though could be improved is the room - our hotel room felt like it was old, balcony straw roof was broken and leaking during rain, screen door of the balcony kept on falling out, the room had a little bit of a dunggy smell. everything else was good, so it was not a big deal, we got used to it. we stayed in unit 36 rook 3613 and at night when we went to bed around 11pm the music from the club was extremely loud, but we got used to it too. the most annoying thing for me was the loud horn blowing every 20min right under our window ( i could never take a nap because of it) it was for the boat ride the guy was blowing into a large sea shell - completely unnecessary - especially with so many little children who nap during the day. luckily my daughter still napped. Buffet - after 4th day of lunching lunch there i was getting bored of the same selections.

Muy buenas las actividades recreativas, para grandes y chicos y especialmente la excelente atención del personal del hotel.

Rummen håller inte speccielt hög standard. Om detta är 5-stjärnigt hotell i Mexico så bör nog den internationella beteckningen endast vara 2-3 stjärnor på rummen.

Que no nos asignaron la habitaciones adecuadas desde un principio. al llegar ya no hay reservaciones en restaurantes de especialidades

La playa es bastante fea en esa parte de playa del carmen, no volveria a ese hotel

Tanti aspetti negativi. L'stallazioni non erano sufficienti per la quantità di persone che occupavano il posto; il cibo era di basssisima qualità e si poteva usufruoire soltanto di due ristoranti a buffet e non di 7. Pessimo per una vacanza di relax

Nos ha fascinado en si todo el conjunto de restaurantes ( aunque no pudimos igresar a algunos por desconocimiento que habia que hacer reserva) asi mismo las instalaciones y actividades que allí se realizan,, nos agrado que no encontramos ventas a pesar de ser playa privada en ocasiones se filtran los venteros. De otra parte creo que para el volumen de personas que allí habian la atención fue especial, solo un punto negativo que debe ser tenido en cuenta por los animadores de las actividades es que nuestro país Colombia no es droga como lo quiso expresar el mismo, cuando uno de los huespedes indico que era de Colombia....de resto todo muy bien

Así mismo creo que el tema del aire acondicionado debe ser revisado ya que segun información del area de mantenimiento el problema era el chiller que estaba averiado y por eso este no funcionaba bien

O atendimento da empresa de turismo que fica no hotel poderia ser mais prestativa, simpática e atenciosa.

El hotel es excelente para ir con chicos, tiene un parque acuatico super divertido y actividades para los chicos todo el dia. El personal es super atento, muy recomendable. Volveria sin pensarlo.
