We loved our room and the staff. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and strolling along the beach. We enjoyed all the different animals and birds. Having food and drinks 27/7 was great. I can not complain when everything was great |

The Mexican people, variety of activities, kids club & it's staff, the freshness of the food. The Asian restaurant was very good. The Mexican buffet was excellent. Two of the gourmet restaurants we're just ok. The meat in both the Steakhouse and the Brazilian was tough and that's what you go for. The beaches are sadly in need of repair. Tough for swimming. |

We really enjoyed our stay. Pool, food, drinks, service, everything, was extremely delightful. An updated list & schedule for the restaurants is needed. |

Alt var bare helt fantastisk. Vi glæder os allerede til næste ophold. Smilende og venlig personale og lækker mad! De blev ved med at prøve at sælge os et medlemsskab af Royal Elite, skønt vi ikke var interesseret, og gentagne gange forklarede dem, at vi ikke var potentielle medlemmer. |

Väldigt bekvämt rum. Ständigt vänligt bemötande av personalen. Skönt att kunna byta badhanduk. Det fanns alltid en solstol. Vi saknade en loungebar på kvällarna. En riktigt hotell loungebar som främst riktar sig till gäster utan barn. Restaurangerna över lag skulle kunna förbättras även om de var helt okej. |

A 30 minutos andando de Playa del Carmen (tb hay taxis que valen 50 pesos),habitacion muy amplia,muy buen servicio,playas e instalaciones buenas,comida rica y variada. No me gusto la charlita de 90 minutos que llaman "desayuno de bienvenida" donde te intentan vender un producto del hotel a las pocas horas de estar alli. |

la posizione dell'hotel rispetto a Playa del Carmen, la bellissima spiaggia riservata, le dimensioni della stanza e del bagno, la molteplicità di ristoranti a buffet e alla carta fruibili senza alcuna fila, la disponibilità e il sorriso delle persone di servizio, la palestra. |

Sehr gute und schöne Einrichtungen, herrlicher Strand, sehr gutes Essen. Modern und gepflegt. Bei einigen Mitarbeitern fehlte professionelle Ausbildung. Transport innerhalb der Hotelanlagen muss erweitert werden. Die Wartung ist nicht immer so wie man es bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. |
