The hotel is shabby, not clean. There was no hot water, the toilet was not working properly. My credit card was charged twice as much deposit as it should be without any explanaitions. Very bad hotel experience!

La ubicación, amabilidad del personal, la amplitud de las habitaciones y los espacios infantiles. Los bungalows están fuera de las instalaciones principales en una calle solitaria, por eso pedí cambio y me cobraron recargo. El estacionamiento lo cobran aparte, entonces por el precio final que pague sé que hay mejores opciones. En una habitación no funcionaba el excusado, y en otra habitación no funcionaba el AC, la tercera fue la vencida. La alberca y parques están abiertos al público general y no hay preferencia por los huespedes, de hecho el parque más grande estaba alquilado para una fiesta infantil la tarde que llegamos y mi hija no lo pudo usar.

Personnel très accueillant avec un excellent gérant! Rapport qualité/prix imbattable sur Acapulco! On est très très bien dans ce hôtel familial! Personnellement j'ai pris un bungalow qui était très agréable! A la différence de bien des hôtels sur Acapulco, hôtel qui n'usurpe pas sa réputation! Pas accès à internet depuis les bungalow :-(. D'autre part voyageant seul, un hôtel familial n'était pas adapté à mon cas, car dans ce hôtel, la plupart des services tourne autour des enfants (piscine, mini-golf, etc.). y retournerait cependant!

Todo, la gente del personal es nefasta, En los cuartos que nos dieron no servia el aire acondicionado, pedimos que nos cambiaran a un piso superior y nos dijeron que no pk no habían prendido las luces del pasillo ya que no había huéspedes.... Hay mejores hoteles por el mismo precio.

Lo mejor la ubicacion Las instalaciones son muy viejas y poco confortables. Hace mucho calor y el aire acondicionado hace un ruido que no te permite dormir. Los baños no resultan higienicos.

Me gustó la atención y educación de los empleados. Todos fueron muy amables y comprensivos durante mi estancia. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero relajantes y confortables. También son muy bien limpias. De hecho, un precio de hostel y excelente ubicación. Vale la pena!
