    Staff was nice and courteous! I felt very welcomed and liked the adults only atmosphere. Wide variety of restaurants and places to lounge and enjoy the beach. Great night time entertainment!

    Some of the restaurants and Captain Hook party cruise required reservation. Luckily we were able to go to the plaes we wanted. The cigar bar only sells wine by the bottle after the one glass with dinner :-(

    Just amazing. Food is beyond amazing. Different restaurants, and they are all good. The black hole restaurant is a must, what an experience that was, eating in the complete darkness. Pool, view,food, staff, price, everything is just amazing. There was also a bikini model search which was a nice sight to see haha. My wife wasnt very happy but I was

    A few ants in the rooms, the room we asked for wasnt there, but the hotel compensated us generously. 10 min away from the shopping/clubbing area in cancun, but not a big deal as taxis and car rentals are cheap.

    The split levels of the pools were lovely with plenty of areas to sit. The staff at breakfast were exceptional.

    We booked a room with you, stating sea view, which we Did Not Get. We had a poor damp room at the back of the hotel, with no view, just fencing. They tried to convince us that this was a sunset room. We had to pay an extra $95 per day to get this, so we were not happy. The reception staff were not helpful until we said that we would pay more. The food was always cross contaminated with meat utensils, which was difficult, as a vegetarian. The drinks were all watered down and tasted awful. Food choice was very limited, with poor quality food.

    The view was nice. The rooms were spacious enough. The food was well prepared. Loved the breakfast buffet.

    I searched and searched before I finally decided to spend my money on this place, I had to, as I am sure many people now do, save up for months to make this trip. So at the onset I will say this, spend your money elsewhere. Lets start - it was suggested that it would be best to purchase the vip package to get the proper treatment. Ok, fine. So I did. It was only 2 nights. And with a 10hr+ travel time to get there you want to arrive knowing things will be taken care of...right? I arrive, bags are taken, all looks nice. Ushered up the big stairs, told to head to this area and to have a seat for my vip check in. I waiting, and the gentleman was very nice. However, this is where the problems began. He gives me the wrist band, restaurant hours, etc etc. then he hands me a note. It begins with 'at this point, saying we are sorry just isn't enough'...etc.etc... Long story short, the Reservation I made through Booking.com more than a month in advance was not being honored. And they were offering me a 50$ voucher as an apology....this room and package was $650 us for 2 nights...their plan was to downgrade my room for a night, then give me the room I had orig. Reserved on the next day. I tried seeking other options and the staff at this point were sympathetic and trying to accommodate my wife and I. After some discussion and questioning, one such was 'these reservations, are they first come first serve? How do they work?' I was told 'no sir, it is not us, it is the booking agency, they just book the rooms and hope for the best' (this intrigued me because on numerous occasions after I booked my room on booking.com, I went to check the price and was told there were no more vip rooms avl.) so fine. After much sweating and arguing and trying to move to a different hotel the agreement was reached. I was going to sign the voucher.

    Checking in was painful even though we had the information on our phone they needed a printed copy. To get that we needed to buy their Wifi. Wifi didn't reach the room.

    Adult only and helpful staff, but not all with good english

    No free wifi when even the smallest hotels in the centre of cancun have it

    Room was very nice and clean. View from room was great. Some staff were very nice and helpful. The entire hotel layout was great. Access to breakfast and lunch restaurants was easy and convenient. Pool area was beautiful and access to the beach and ocean was very convenient.

    Lighting in bathroom area was extremely poor. Some staff members seemed indifferent. Check in was confusing and slow. Missed a few restaurants because we weren't informed on the proper procedure on making reservations. SPA in room didn't work. Not taking credit cards in the gift shop and 'The Box' was inconvenient...and not being able to charge to the room. VIP amenities were not fully explained.

    Clean hotel, Friendly staff, despite the managements absurd policies and lack of personal treatment.

    This should be rated 3 star on your website: I think you should take them off your books Booking.com - American travel agents are promoting them enough & the americans are the only ones who gets good deals with this hotel & excursions etc. Food options are average. If you're looking for somewhere to stay... please do yourself a favour & just look somewhere else!

    This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Following a flight delay of 5 hours, we arrived at the hotel at 1am and were told our deluxe suite with pool had been given away(!). However "the good news" was that there was one other room available but it was roughly equivalent. Finally arriving in the ugly, dated room, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned - sheets were stained, half empty drinks in the mini-bar, no towels and belongings of the previous occupants were still there. On ringing reception, I was told nothing could be done, I asked at least for new sheets. A catalogue of errors followed and the inept management eventually (and miraculously) found another room - again which was not clean.Now 4.30am we had to live with it. I was made to pay the full price of the deluxe suite and told to seek a refund from booking.com. There was no apology. We found nothing redeeming about this hotel apart from the fact it is located on a beautiful beach.

    nice staff at the front desk and entrance, helpful when there were questions

    Pool bars closed and no sushi for days just because of rain not every drink was available that was stated on the menu unfriendly staff in pool and beach area

    The choice of restaurants, the entertainment, the fact that they let use the facilities after check out.

    The view from the room, the not very helpful manager and the fact we purchased a room with Sunset view but with a wall outside it's pretty impossible to see the sea, let alone the sunset! Other than that, we had a great time.

    Dining was good…beach very nice.

    The hotel was overbooked, so we were forced to move to another location when the rest of our group showed the next day. The other hotel accommodations were much more satisfactory. Asked for two beds and only had king size bed in our room. Standing water in the room after it had rained.

    Enormous breakfast with good options. We are European foodies and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast. Also the Mexican restaurant was surprisingly authentic - another plus in our book. Staff was cheery and available. Plenty of chaise loungers to go around.

    The details were a bit shabby. Paints splashes, rusty faucets, stains on walls here and there. Also, there was a old grease odor from the main kitchen that made the place smell terrible. Overall, they should really be more conscious the odor of the main hall.

    The location was fantastic, the food was universally very good as well as the service. The view from our suite was to die for. The beach and the Bally beds were excellent. I would recommend to take a suite which comes with a VIP upgrade meaning free internet, a smart car for 30$ a day and use of Bally beds.

    First 5 days were fine and then we had some really noisy (Russian) neighbors. While all the facilities are fine, the rooms could definitely do with a major renovation.

    Wonderful place for relaxing and holidays. Food selections good and enough (at least for our 4-day stay). We got a room directly towards the blue sea with a big balcony (maybe not everyone is so lucky). Even after check out we can use all the facilities and restaurants that afternoon.

    In lunch bars it took some time to wait.

    My hotel room was very large and I had a private plunge pool with an amazing view over the sea - stunning! Not too noisy either, only heard people next door on occasion, otherwise very peaceful.

    The air conditioning was very bad - barely worked and the room was too hot - meaning very restless nights. A few of the staff members working in the bars and restaurants were very rude and seemed to be annoyed when they were asked for a drink or food. The VIP service was also not all it was cracked up to be - couldn't actually get hold of anyone past the initial check in, so not really worth paying extra for, except for the view from the hotel room.

    No free wi-fi, and even if you buy the right to use the internet, you will experience the slowest connection I have seen since the nineties, and you still won't be able to access it from your own room. In addition, I had to sit for a job interview via skype, and the hotel does not even have a quiet room or a proper business center with a decent internet connection. We are in 2013... Please!

    Nothing about that hotel & staff ~ the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!

    The staff are so unfriendly & can't be bothered!! You pay for an all inclusive & they still charge you for drinks/meals & Internet - a total con!!! No fresh towels available for sunbathing & no alternatives given!!!!

    Service from waiters very good! Every single waiter has a smile and is very friendly and helpful. Thats the only positive thing about this hotel.

    Would not recommend! Main desk staff VERY rude!! Their supervisor at main desk is unprofessional and unfriendly. He should be fired without doubt. They gave us a different room than our booking, and kept saying (in a rude manor) that the room they gave us is better, even though we said no, they insisted that they have no other room available and no refund was given for the difference. They forgot about our luggage downstairs in the main lobby, open for anyone to grab and go. even though they insisted they would bring it up for us. Lighting in room very POOR! Took them 5 days of continuos calls and visits to the main desk for them to fix it. 5 whole days for 2 main lights to be fixed. No night club, no free internet, gym is very small, room service has a charge of 15USD for each order. Minibar only has drinks. No snacks whatsoever. After 10pm you simply cant get food or snacks at this hotel. Slippery floor, Stairs are broken, rooms have mold. Food is not so good. Only thing we liked was the chicken "fast food" place they had, and some dishes at the italian restaurant.. Would definitely go back to Cancun BUT NEVER ever again ANY OASIS ever!

    I liked the bartenders

    The restaurants were slim to none. Could not get a seat at any of the daytime restaurants. Had to eat buffet style dinners because the only restaurant I could eat at was italian. The mini bar was a joke small fridge. Air conditioning was poor. I booked an ocean view room and received a lagoon view room. You could not exchange american dollars on my last day there because they did not have pesos until 11 am.
