The only thing I liked was its convenience to the bus terminal across the street! The photos of the rooms on the web were misrepresented...making them look pleasant. Their rooms were shabby, tiny and bare bones. They would not consider working with us on canceling our reservation after seeing the room and how lacking it was. I would never stay there again!

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The small bed was comfortable.

The facility is very worn. When we arrived there was no hot water but it was fixed later in the day. The room was small and tired and in need of much worn as the walls were crumbling. We stayed here only in order to catch an early morning bus across the street to Guanajuato.

バスターミナルに近い。

狭い。お湯の出が悪い。

Cambiaban las sábanas y las toallas todos los días. El personal muy amable y bien dispuesto.

Lo elegì porque durante los Juegos Panamericanos no había lugar en otro hotel o eran carísimos. Un desastre: sucio, sin desayuno, caro en la relación calidad-precio, la señal de internet casi inexistente. Mal ubicado salvo para los que quieren estar cerca de la Terminal de autobuses.Durante 10 días nunca hubo agua caliente a lo sumo tibia

Un poco lejos del centro sin embargo el estar cerca de la central de autobúses lo hace muy accesible.

El lugar esta bien sólo que hay que andar detrás del personal de limpieza o estar pidiendo canje de toallas, shampoo, jabon o agua lo cual es algo molesto

La cercania al aeropuerto, en mi caso.......

La entrada al hotel...(acceso) la entrada principal deberia de estar por el lado de la avenida......esta escondido, para los que vamos por primera vez.....

Bueno en primer lugar la disponibilidad es excelente... Los servicios fueron buenos..generalmente es un excelente hotel y por supuesto que volveré, de eso no hay duda, fue maginifico .. Gracias

Algo que les sugiero es que chequen que los baños tengan toallas por que no habían.. Pero claro, el servicio se encargo de eso.. ... de repente la señal wifi no esta disponible en las habitaciones.. Seria muy comodo para nosotros como clientes que el servicio pueda estar en las habitaciones.. Pero fue genial el servicio (:
