It is a very well located Hotel at Reforma Ave in Mexico city. The Hotel staff was very nice and the value for money is excellent. |

Piano bar was good, swimming pool on roof top, great view from hotel. Location is good, 10 mins from metro, 10 mins walk to Zona Rosa and 20 mins to historic center. Easy to find street and hotel. Beautiful hotel and buffet breakfast. Good value and has tourist center inside hotel. Taxi to/from airport no more than 180-200. Taxis outside expensive. Also a business hotel, and they don't speak English, so you really need to speak a 'leetle' bit of spanish. Far from metro and not much nearby food/drink/club. I took green taxis down the road which were cheap! 30-40 to zona rosa + other areas nearby. Drinks at bar expensive (London prices). Had to phone reception from reception and talk to someone next to me on phone!?!? |

Hotelli kehui itseään (huoneessa olleessa kyselylomakkeeessa) viiden tähden hotelliksi, mutta esim aamiaisravintolan henkilökunta ei osannu tenglantia. Aamiaisravintolan henkilökunta oli vetämässä lautasia nenän alta pois ennen kuin oli valmis. Tuli tunne, että lähde jo pois. |

Lo centrico que esta Los desayunos deberian indicar que no es necesario el bufet, es mas caro que si pides lo que realmente quieres desayunar. |

creo que la actualidad la mayor parte de los Hoteles en el mundo te brindan sin costo ciertas cosas internet,servicio de cafe etc etc en este hotel todo te lo cobran y se me hace de muy mal gusto ya que muchas mas opciones, sin embargo el servicio de ustedes fue excelente y pienso seguir reservando de la misma manera |

Esta en un buen sitio de la ciudad Si, mi esposa se quejo muchisimo de las camas, para el precio y el tipo de hotel y las estrellas que le dan, las camas lo bajan a 2 *s. Parecen de piedra como la cancion lo dice. Cuando uno tiene problems de espalda las caamas se convierten en tortura para pasar la noche |
