Too familiar for a romantic trip

Convenient to Malacon, lots of space at pool side, lots of food choices, very friendly staff, excellent room maids.

Time share sales people. They just won't leave you alone. When you ask a simple question about trips etc, you get the whole sales pitch again. Very aggrevating.

The stay in general was satisfactory

Our second morning - - - the house cleaning service was not completed, that is the dishes were not cleaned/replaced. It was like the girl was called away and didn't return until the next day????

Location is great.

Rooms were in need of an remodel as our sliding glass doors did not open or close properly.

Esta muy cerca del malecon, solo 15 minutos caminando o 5 en taxi. Los cuartos estan muy bien, el aire acondicionado perfecto,

Son 950 cuartos, si esta lleno el hotel, la alberca puede ser un problema. Tomamos el desayuno de bienvenida, te dicen que son 90 minutos, pero en realidad son 3 horas y no te dejan ir casi casi hasta que les compras, no lo tomen!

Service is just excellent, location is good, swimming pool is amazing with palm trees all over. Located just in front of the ocean. I could have just stayed 3 days at the hotel without getting out.

Rooms are clean and very basic, but we were out all day so didnt really matter.

Room cleaning times varied and had to call twice in late afternoon to get any cleaning. Also only had turn-down service once in seven nights, would have liked the chocolate every night.

Room service is fairly quick. But the taste and food presentation is terrible. Needs improvement according to high prices

The hip hop/disco music at the pool. Verrrrrrrry loud! People have ipod and al can of other devices, why do we have to listen to some other's person taste in music whn we went peaace and quietness. The soud of the sea is so beautiful! Even the barmen didn't appreciate it!

We've been coming here for the past several years and enjoy the location and the ambiance of the hotel. It is always busy with people that makes it fun and lively with people from all walks of life and locations.

I don't like that every time we make reservations with conjunction with our friends who have also come here on several occasions and we ask for connecting rooms every time. We never get connecting rooms and mostly get rooms on different floors and sometimes miles away from each other. This time we really made a fuss about it and they put us on the same floor three rooms apart. We had a room with a connecting door and as long as we were there, there was no one in that room. They could have made that accommodation. They haven't done that in 5 years, ever. That gets under our skin.

+Ubicacion. +Dimensiones de la habitacion. +Sus jardines, alberca y playa. +Atencion del personal, excepcion hecha de los promotores de ventas.

+Mobiliario de playa de mala calidad. +Trato de promotores de ventas; ejercen una presion no solamente incomoda sino inclusive indebida, que por esta razon, a pesar de resultarnos interesantes los planes, motivaron no quisieramos hacer adquisision alguna. +Atosigan. Pesima experiencia. +Los vales de descuentos que ofrecen son ridiculos e impropios de los estandares de calidad e imagen Sheraton. Creo que quienes nos hospedamos en ese hotel no requerimos de tales "vales" y "cupones" de descuento.

Se ve que ERA un gran hotel, ya no lo es, y no invierten en reformas. Aparte, no agrada si tienes reservado vistas al mar y te dan piso bajo sin ninguna vista sin avisar que no es lo reservado o ofrecer una hora más. Si esperas un 3 y media estrellas te va a gustar.

Localización frente a la playa como muchos otros en la zona.

La conexion a Internet era un calvario. Las instalaciones inclutendo la habitación muy viejas. Cambiamos habitacion dos veces y Al final decidimos cambiar de Hotel.

Yo hice mi reservación de hotel el 23 de noviembre por medio de booking.com. Cuando llegamos al hotel no encontraban mi reservación y me tuvieron esperando por mucho tiempo, después de 15 minutos me pidieron que me fuera a sentar ya que buscarían mi reservación. Este incidente me pareció de muy mal gusto ya que yo considero no era mi culpa el que ellos no encontraran mi reservación. Estaba bastante enfurecido.

Todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, está en muy buena ubicación.

No me gustó el trato que te dan para querer venderte el tiempo compartido, son muy racistas o elitistas. Aunque dicen que cuidan mucho la seguridad de los huéspedes, más bien me sentí constantemente vigilada. No me gustó, no creo que vuelva a hospedarme con ellos.

La vista es muy buena, el clima sabroso el ambiente agradable

No me gusto tantas piedras en la playa, ya que no es comodo el nadar y se cortan los pies si no hay cuidado cuando te metes al mar.

Ya habia estado en el hotel y me parecio muy agradable en aquella ocasion con la familia en esta 0casion estuve de trabajo y por las caracteristicas del hotel lo que me falto fue la familia. Gracias
