Very nice hotel, conveniently located
Internet in room costs around 20 dollars extra a day. Breakfast not included
The staff was extremely profesionales and went out of their way to serve and help you.
Nothing, do not change a thing.
If you are travelling for business the hotel is full of high profile people around. But if you just want to walk and go downtown, Chapultepec, La Codesa, is perfect. Even if you don't rent a car there is Uber which each travel is no more than 65 pesos.
When I stayed, there was some National Party convention, so obviouslly it was full of people but I guess Mexico City itself is like this.
Really nice staff, greta an d safe location
You need to pay for wifi
Breakfast and restaurant service
The bathroom.... With this price I would expect a better and newer bathroom!!! Everything smells old :(
The location was very good.
The pool was very small. No hot tub.
The view is amazing and the accessibility is really good, the location of the hotel makes it very easy to get to the most interesting parts of Mexico City very easily. The staff is very nice and attentive, and they speak very good English.
The room we had was very small for what we paid, it didn't even have a table to eat and it was a 2 double bed bedroom... How are you supposed to get 4 people to eat room service? The valet parking is non existent, they have the main entrance over Reforma but they don't have anyone taking your car once you are there and they don't say anything until you actually ask.
The design, comfort and the services overall.
The pool is surprisingly 5 m x 5 m (approximately) on one side of the hotel which the access to it was amazingly difficult. The signage on the lift shows the way, but the door was locked.
Very comfortable, modern and perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy to obtain in front of hotel.
Internet was limited and was not included in the room fee.
The price and that is not include breakfast
Welcome kit based on wine and fruit. Fresh fruit every day
Breakfast was awful
The wifi should be free and available from everywhere.
Very good service and staff. Got a free upgrade on our room. Decent minibar selection, room service.
Swimming pool closed a bit early at 7pm. Although we didn't need A/C, it was very loud if you did want to use it.
room looked as if it hasn't been done up since the 70's, this was our biggest disappointment. rude staff at night, when coming back to the hotel from going out. mini bar was empty when we got to the room. overall, we expected more from a 'sheraton'. very disappointing experience.
Location, comfort, professional, helpful and very friendly staff.
The price did not include internet and other services. High taxes!
Staff at check-in were very friendly. Breakfasts on the 18th floor (for upgraded guests) were excellent!
This is a VERY dated property, that appears to have the same room furnishings as when the hotle first opened in the 1960s'. We asked for a room change because we couldn't sleep due to the noisy heating/cooling system. We were upgraded to a renovated room (looks like it was probably renovated 10 years ago), but the entire property desperately needs to be renovated ASAP!
Sfaff members, very kind and ready to help
Old structure, ugly, no minibar in the room (while it was indicated in booking.com). Go to another hotel (E.G. Hilton where we went the week before worth much more your money!)
Expensive WIFI, paying for parking, Needs remodeling of rooms!
Location is superb! The city view from the room was amazing!
The rooms need to be upgraded. The bathroom looked very old. It feels like you are in a very outdated hotel.
The location and friendliness of staff
Hotel is dated, room smelled, TV did not work
Clean, calm and elegant
The prices in the bar were ridiculously expensive and anything the staff "recommended" was always the most expensive thing on the menu - didn't seem very genuine. We requested a king/queen room and were given a twin room which is ridiculous since we are a married couple.
Excellent facilities and very good service. Location is also very good.
They stolen 10000 Piso from my credit card They wake me up every day 9 am to make mini bar check Bad taxi drivers old taxi service Charge from from credit card twice without tell us
Very noizy. I could hear all kinds of noise from next door: TV, etc. And could not sleep. This is not a hotel for business executives
