On a 14-mile stretch of pristine beachfront in Cancun’s hotel zone, the NYX Hotel Cancun has an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Some of its rooms have views of the sea or Nichupté Lagoon....

budget friendly, location is okay, clean, staff are nice, nice view behind the hotel, the staff is friendly, also the owner.
if you go with a tour to chichen itza for example, they will drop you in the street, since the place is a bit further from main streetl it s lucky if they drop you at the right street.
Very conveniently located, Great view of the lake and nice pool. All your basic needs are covered. If you don't want to spend too much on accommodations, this is a great option.
Not the comfiest beds and no desk, everything else was good!
Comfortable bed, clean, quiet room. Nice pool with a great view of the bay. Helpful staff.
No stove or microwave in the room. However the staff was helpful in getting my food heated in the restaurant---for free! Weak wi-Fi signal.
Very relaxing place and within walking distance to everything you need.
Pool overlooking lake
Stayed 1 night - being rushed by cleaning staff at 1030am - to check out( check out time was 1 pm)- knocked 2 x Asked front desk for towels to use in pool and even after giving my name insisted in front if other customers that I was NOT a hotel customer - so I said - impossible as I checked in yesterday and that they should check their records - he checked - still said NO- ask him to recheck -No apologies for his mistake -Makes me wonder how they keep track of customers Their restaurant - claims they have no change as I paid in cash - I did not want to use a credit card for security reasons - so restaurant decided to keep extra. 200 pesos plus change - takes away from customers wanting to tip on their own It is the principal of it all !!!
the size pool located right outside our rooms helpful staff
The bed has bed bugs very old hotel
Best value for the hotel zone! Rooms are minimal but comfortable (with AC), the grounds are lovely and well-maintained; the view of the lagoon is especially nice. The staff were very helpful but unintrusive. Delicious and cheap taquerias (with legit Mexican food- why is that so hard to find in cancun?!) within walking distance! And, the restaurant next to the pool serves a delicious breakfast (but a little pricey, as most things in the hotel zone are).
My only complaint is that the poolside bar closes in the evening, which is when I want it to be open the most! We were pretty disappointed by that. Otherwise, this place is an excellent value for the cost- just don't come expecting a luxury resort, and you won't be disappointed!
Sina Suites location is probably the best thing about the place. It's a 15 minute walk to the main strip where all the clubs and bars are, and all the restaurants. And when you've had enough of hotel zone you can catch the R1 or R2 right into Cancun town, to get a real feel of Qunitana Roo. The staff here were great, offering all kinds of help when we needed it. The rooms were nice, a bit dated but they did the job. And the pool are is great, although the pool was a bit dirty at times.
The restaurant on site is okay but we noticed out portions started to get smaller and smaller as the days went on.
nice staff, friendly environement, decent price
no access to the beach
The rooms and beds are so olds and need mantenaince or remodelation. Don't have room service, even for water.
The receptionists are really nice and helpful!!!=)))
Great staff, nice pool, out of the hustle and bustle.
It was all fairly good.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommending us shopping malls to go to, calling taxis for us and even lending us an umbrella to use in the heavy rain. They went above and beyond.
The location was kind of in the middle of no where, the room was dark and creepy and the beds were very uncomfortable.
The fact that the price was low while still available in the Zone Hotelera.
The lack of shuttle access to the beaches and to free breakfast; the lack of working refrigerator and complimentary shampoo/conditioner.
The staff was extremly nice and helpful and we can turn for help 24/7. The hotel located just 10 minutes of walking from the hotel center of cancun where all the clubs are, coco bongo and such. The room was nice and comfortable
The location and the courtesy of the receptionanists and the employees.
There were no wash towels
The wifi wasn't really working in the room.
It was cheap. This is a reasonable place to stay if you're looking for something inexpensive for a family in Cancun, and willing to drive to the beach.
It was difficult to find, and the location isn't great. The rooms were a little run-down. But it met my expectations.
Room is not comfort and neat, not much facility in the room - no dryer, microwave, coffee maker, et al.
Staff was superb.
Not as nice as a expected for a suite for 4 guests.
Staff was very nice.
The place has bed bugs. Take them off your list. You have to walk 6 blocks for transportation. Bed are hard, like plywood.
There was an issue with hot water that disappeared sometimes
restaurant food was excellent nice pool area and surrounding vegetation roomy suite
beds very uncomfortable air conditioner outmoded and noisy ceiling fan not working
the smiling stuff, the location close to centre and playa tortuga, very clean, the size of the room and among all the price.its not a luxurious place but it fulfills all the basic demands of someone who wants to explore cancun and does not spend all day in the hotel.but even if you stay there you can spend full day by the pull and have snack and drinks.
actually nothing bothered us but to be honest for those whoseek for a hotel the furniture is old and maybe the 1st sight of the room does not excite you although is too big.
-position -fridge in room -comfortable room -position
-price -shower, but it's standard in mexico
