It was cheap and the drinks were good from the bar, also the staff were helpful. The provided us with an excellent fan. Our bathroom was nice. Shower worked well. The hotel was very uncared for, it needs alot of repairs. The food was terrible, unrecognisable and always cold. The aircon didn't work properly. There had been a kitchen in our room at one point, which had been ripped out, leaving a corner with exposed pipes and just a block of wood covering a hole, that was not even secured. Pool was pretty dirty, missing tiles etc. |

The hotel is far away from 4 stars...it should be reranked to max 2 stars just because it is one the beach. Building is old and needs reconstrucion, everywhere is dirty. Food is very poor. Nothing to say good about it. |

El dia del check-out. Las fotos en booking y en el website del hotel no corresponden a la realidad.Instalaciones son viejas, sucias y deterioradas.Definirse hotel de 4* es un fraude para los clientes!!La comida y el servicio en general es a nivel de un hostal/albergue juvenil.Tuvimos que solicitar 2 cambios de habitacion (1:por el bajo nivel de limpieza y estado de las istalaciones- 2:por grupo de jovenes borrachos/agresivos/vandalos/escandalosos que alojaron en el hotel y molestaron a todos los clientes durante toda la noche sin reaccion de parte del personal y management del hotel) y hemos obtenido el cambio de habitacion bajo amenaza de llamar a la policia turistica.Yo misma como agente de viaje no recomiendo este hotel! |

Hotel przy samej plaży. Dobra jakosc vs cena. Hotel na krótki przystanek. Hotel nie pierwszej młodości bez luksusów słabe menu ale jakosc vs cena - dobry współczynnik. |

La mer et belle, mais rien avoir avec l'hotel. L'hotel n'est absolument pas un 4 etoiles, les chambres, et les communs sont vetustes, l'hotel se dégrade et cela ce voit beaucoup, signe apparent de deterrioration (non remises en etat). Et le top c'est accidentellement je me suis appercu qu'une clef pouvait ouvrir plusieurs chambre. La securité des affaires n'est donc absolument pas assuré. |

es bueno, si no se quiere gastar mucho en hospedaje es el ideal porque es cómodo y lindo. deberian remodelar las habitaciones ya que mi aire acondicionado estaba dañado y las cortinas viejas, |

La amabilidad de los empleados El personal, a pesar de ser muy amable, tiene escaso o nulo entrenamiento. Faltan reposeras alrededor de la piscina. |

Tuvimos problemas con respecto a la habitacion el primer dia, el telefono estba desconectado, no habia tv secador de pelo perdia el baño y una silla estaba rota .Se hizo el reclamo pero recien a la mañana siguiente nos cambiaron de habitacion, lastima que ibamos por dos noches. Luego todo bien pero lo que hicieron fue darnos lo que habiamos contratado y pagamos dos dias con todas las comodidades |

Het personeel in het restaurant en de bar waren erg vriendelijk en het hotel lag tussen Cancun en het vliegveld. Ideaal voor de laatste dag. Eten en drinken was matig en receptiepersoneel niet echt vriendelijk. Geen hotel om een week te verblijven! |
