Nice zone, nice hotel with swimming pool
no signals to find the hotel, the staff are not so happy to help you
Nice, quiet retreat from the main hotel zone, which seems more like Las Vegas than Mexico. Right accords from Embarcadero for Isla Morales ferry, where we are going for a month. Lush gardens, decent pool to cool off in.
A balcony or veranda would have been nice.
Really sweet staff, who every day beautifully decorated the bed with towel origami! Also the hotel reception staff were helpful.
Poor wifi reception. The phone didn't work. The towels and sheets had marks, were ripped or had holes, they should have been replaced. The location was quite a distance from the main hotel zone, so only recommended if you have a car.
Close to the ferry landing for Isla Mujeres, clean, good food, friendly and efficient staff, a happy time.
Avoid getting laundry done through their contractor. One medium load cost me $54 US !!!
Marina views, quiet, clean, good water pressure
Street en trance, did not find at first reservation, have to ask for país receipt and low wifi
The price, the hotel's resturant is cheap and good. The stuff were very helpful and kind.
Small pool, and pretty dirty, no wifi in rooms.
It is exactly what I expected. Decent service and nice and quiet, perfect for a few days. The room was spacious and overall you felt safe there. Service to the airport was fantastic.
Nice jungle garden.
Very noisy AC. Some of the towels with stains. Narrow parking. Breakfast very poor choices of food.
Basic room, good for short stay
So many bugs in the restaurant, got bitten alive
The room was big, clean and the shower was nice The staff were very helpful in recommending what to do, where to go and how to get there
Can't recommend on the breakfast which was very minimal and did not even included eggs. They don't have enough light around the room to it is very difficult to see where you are if you arrives after sunset
The beds were comfortable, but the tile floors felt slick with dewe, and the air conditioner sounded like a 747 taking off all night long.
Staff at the front desk were very unfriendly, extremely unhelpful, and asked for more money when you gave them tips. The lady at the front desk made you feel like an inconvenience when you asked for anything, and completely stuffed up my incredibly expensive airport transfer. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
For the money we paid we didnt expect much but when we arrived there were no towels in the riom and the tv didnt work, we tried calling the reception but surprise! The phone doesnt work either. Dont go to this place if you need to spend more than an hour in the room. Not a 3 starts hotel. Maybe 2
The restaurant was fantastic the staff were helpful, and the rooms spacious and clean
clean & comfortable room beach in a walking distance bus stop near the hotel good breakfast calm place, away from crazy area ;)
We booked this hotel on our last night as we did a trekking trough Mexico on our own. When we arrived, they were very friendly at the reception and helped us with the questions we had. We also booked a transfer to the airport which was for the price much better than a taxi and he was good on time. The man for the tours was very friendly and explained us how to get to a restaurant we wanted to go for our last night. He even made reservations and thanks to this guy we saved money because we didn't need to take a taxi but could go with the public transport downton Cancun. Our room thought was terrible, it was very humid, smelled terrible and was not clean. When we should have gone to a hostel (as we usually do) we should have paid less and it would be better. We asked at the reception to change rooms and this was not a problem! We received a clean, fresh room were we could take a decent shower! It isn't a great hotel but the service and friendly personnel made our last night in Cancun very nice. As the price was very low, the personnel was helpfull and at the end we had a decent room, I should recommend this hotel to other travellers who are on a budget.
Perfect location.Friendly staff. Perfect for people who travel with yacht. You can park it nearly hotel. Would recommend everyone for that sum of money/
Quiet hotel benefiting from sun in the late afternoon as oriented towards the laguna. Nice and almost private pool in a nice tropical garden. Large bedroom, clean, and with air con. Very close to the ferry to 'Islas Mujeres'.
The laguna and the tropical garden brings along mosquitos, especialy in the evening ... so much that it was impossible to have diner there !
Large bathroom, cleanliness of the room and close to Kukulcan street.
No WI-FI in the room, no ceiling fan, no mosquitoes screen and near a laguna, dirty irons with no ironning board, breakfast is limit.
The smell of mould was really bad, we stayed there only one night and all my clothes smelled of mould, My very expensive cosmetics disappeared from the room and when I complained to the manager he didn't do anything he seemed like it wasn't a problem. Very disappointed with the stay !!!
Friendly staff, accesses and good value for money. Near Isla Mujeres ferry, in the middle of Cancun hotel/turistic and city center area. Free WIFI.
When we arrive, room had shower used, no towels nor soap/toilet paper. After a while we had a different and clean room. Pool and marina are nice, but still waters attract too many mosquitoes and believe they will bite you! Breakfast is simple, but you can have proper option for a price. They ask "tips/propinas" for everything, but its affordable.
Staff very accommodating, location is great. Rooms are clean and price was great on booking.com.
Breakfast is terrible, restaurant not good. Taco stand around the corner cheaper and has better food.
-Close to the main avenue in cancún
-A/C didn't work properly -The room smelled really bad (i guess son cleaning chemicals) -The floor of the room was wet -There's no wifi on the rooms -Breakfast was awful -Staff isn't very nice
Location, staff, room space.
Old and noisy air-conditioner
Shop near the hotel to buy some food.
1. Hotel stuff tried to settle all of the incoming peoples in to the rooms under the ground floor. It was rained and all these rooms have water inside on the floor!!! 2. Breakfast is really bad!
The restaurant was perfect !!
the location is not the best
