Front desk were very friendly and helpful. Big room everything was working. Would recommend.

The size of d rooms n the color

The running water wasn't working and when it was it was completely hot water which was ridiculous. The bathrooms outside the rooms were dirty and no tissue paper. And the attendance took 4ever to come and clean the rooms. The pool wasn't clean early in the morning. N last but definitely not least the wireless stops at the second floor! Why offer free wireless when you won't be able to access it from your room! You guys really have to work on these things

Would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or neighbour and would never stay there again, unless some renovation of the hotel is put in place. My friends they left and stayed at another hotel.

The Location and the small 24/7 store nearby.

Everything in the hotel was terrible. Elevator does not work Towels and sheets are pretty old Bathroom is dirty and broken down Basic water was gone for some hours and there was no hot water. Would never stay there again.

That the hotel is not equip for a large capacity. Water was gone and we could not take a bath, bathroom was dirty, towels were awful and bedding had hairs under the old old covers that has must there from ten years ago.

The location

The sheets were dirty, toilet could not flush,the showers were filthy, ac didn't work. We had no water for a few hours. Hotel staff was not very polite. It was my worst hotel stay ever. It was to be a 4 night stay but I left after 1 night. This hotel deserves 0 stars.

Price, ease of reservation, spacious, internet, TV.

Facilities need more attention. Soap holder, towel rail, closet hangers, bedside lamps, etc.

The room was clean with ac & tv There was not much to like - chetumel is a stopover town & it was hard finding accomadation in a budget for 3. So this was online & available so we took it. We had an early morning bus at 6.30 am to Flores so we had to take whatever was available.

This hotel has many rooms & is massive but it appears only 2 staff work here & a cleaner that's it, no porter or anyone. The place was so deserted I believe we were the only people on this floor. Showers had no hot water

The rooms were big

Perfectly perfunctionary, basic rooms with air-con, friendly and efficient staff on check-in, quiet little pool area and right in the centre of town.. Very cheap for three bed room.

Corridors could sometimes be very noisy at night with large families or groups of people staying but it wasn't so bad. Cleanish bathroom, but some old shampoo bottles left and cracks/ damaged fittings.

The hotel is convienently located, one street from Heros Avenue where there is much to do and see. The rate was very resonable, you get what you pay for. It was basic but clean.

Clean, someone at reception had good English

Hadn't really done my homework, but centre of town does not actually have much to do. Reception had no map or local things to do booklets etc The swimming pool like many in Mexico is unfenced and the ladder to climb out of the pool has no rungs, the only way out is to hoist yourself up which seems a bit unsafe to me!

La ubicacion

No habia agua caliente en la regadera y asi paso durante dos dias de tres de mi estancia.

Os quartos eram limpos e agradáveis.

O hotel não tem ar condicionado em suas instalações, só nos quartos, mesmo assim demora muito para funcionar. O elevador está estragado e não tomam providências para arrumar, parece que querem economizar a todo custo num lugar terrivelmente quente e desconfortável para subir escadas. Os funcionários da recepção são muito lerdos e não conseguem dar conta de mais de um hóspede por vez.

La disposicion de los empleados, aunque se notaba que no tenian recursos para atender los problemas.

La Tv no tenia control remoto, durante nuestra estadía no hubo agua potable (ni para los baños inodoros) y nunca se obtuvo respuesta del problema.

buen espacio...cama cómoda...buena experiencia..ojalá funcione pronto el restaurant

el aire acondicionado podría haber tenido un poco más de potencia en momentos de más calor

Basic hotel

Su relación comodidad y precio, los espacios de todo el hotel y su ubicación, la pasamos bien y nos dieron las indicacines que solicitamos. La decoración es austera.
