The staff were great and went the extra for us. Being higher up, the views of Puerto Vallarta were spectaculor and the sunstes were absolutely wonderfull. The Hotel could use a little TLC but would not deter us from returning. Hotel need to repair/replace lights fixtures in the rooms. In the electronic age we live in charging for internet, $10.00us per day $35.00us per week is a no no.

The view was spectacular. Te size of the suite was great. The mattresses were very old an uncomfortable. The bedding was very musty. The overall facility looked like it was a nice place to stay in years gone by. Definitely needs updating and painting. The noise at night was very loud. The windows were cracked so even closing everything did not help

Great restaurant, close to shopping and the beach. The view at night was spectacular. A little hard to find. The streets were one-way and didn't go all the way through to the hotel.

La vista es simplemente espectacular, y que esta cerca del malecon, hay tienditas cerca y pues sirve de ejercicio llegar al hotel si esque andas a pie. la alberca esta riquisima y los cuartos son grandes, te sientes como en una casa real mm, que solo tengan un llave por cuarto, que coticen en dólares, y que no me hayan avisado que tenia una tercera noche gratis

La relacion entre el precio y la ubicacion es excelente, estamos muy satisfechos de la estadia, lo recomiendo mucho por que a unos minutos te encuentras con bares y restaurantes buenisimos.
