We would have liked more than just a sheet to sleep with, like a comforter.
Nada. Drove around Cancun all night looking for this place. Witnessed two street fights not the nicest neighborhood. Room was dumpy with the loudest AC. Old clackity clack kept us up all night. For the price it is a total rip off.
1. room is clean
1. location is bad 2. breakfast is not good 3. wifi is weak 4. a facility is like a hostel 5. swimming is small
We arrived late but still staff turned on the whirl pool for us.
The room was really clean and really well maintained. The bathroom was new and actually quite stylish. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in while travelling. The TV has hundreds of US channels. The wifi worked well in my room. The pool area was nice and clean. There is a safety deposit box in the room. Staff were helpful about getting taxis and giving directions to shopping centres etc
The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way. It´s not that near the downtown area and it´s not particularly near the hotel zone so I ended up getting a lot of taxis. There isn´t that much in the immediate area of the hotel so even to eat I had to jump in a taxi. They were really cheap though so it wasn´t a big problem. The restaurant had sporadic hours, I went down to eat at about 7.45pm and it had already closed. You get quite a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms
price, 38$USD per night, excellent for a night in town before/after a flight. truely one of the best value for money.
nothing really bad to say for its price.
We stayed here on our last night in Mexico. Because it was the end of December it was difficult to find a hotel in Cancun. I think the hotel consisted of an old and new section. The room we stayed in was quite new and maybe not completely finished yet, as there was no mirror in the very new installed bathroom. The place was clean and the receptionist very friendly. There was even a safe in the room. The location is not very nice and a bit far from beaches and town centre. Because there was no restaurant at the time we were staying there (maybe they were renovating it) and not much nearby, we had to take a bus or taxi to have breakfast somewhere decent. Also the noise from other guests walking in the hallway could be heard too well in the room.
