The front desk staff were excellent. Extremely nice, professional and with a true "customer in focus" attitude! Actually, we had booked 7 nights but decided to check out five hours after arriving so we stayed the night and left first thing in the morning. The hotel is pretty old and in need/undergoing some restoration. The advertised facilities (E.G. gym) is honestly a joke. There's a former hotel room (290 sqft) where a few old exercise items have been put in. The pool are is very designed but everything looks old and worn. It's just not "fresh" and it doesn't feel clean. The pictures on this, and the hotel's web site simply does not tell the truth.

Pool and beach area are very nice and restaurant and bar staff is service oriented At check out they presented me with a an additional 20$ because I was 2 hours 'late'. They simply pointed at an obscure note in the wall that due time was 1 pm and that I was 1,5 late. They didn't state this detail untill I asked why my bill was so high. They also didn't enter into a conversation - both the check out clerk and the concergie - but reffered to the note and a paper stipulating this, which I didn't receive. I know there is a check out time,I travel the world for business, but I never ever have been notifies not have I received a penalty ever! This in addition to the fact the hotel itself is ready for a serious upgrade or maintenance and the restaurant is noisy and vey windy.

We were very dissapointed with our stay at the Bell Air Resort. We liked the spa and pool area, however, the overall attitude of the staff and the quality of the food were dissapointing and not worth the money spent. We are now staying at the Le Meridien and it is the same price, only much much better.

Although the building is old and damaged, re decoration has made an excellent trick, must congratulate their int designer. Once you settle in the hotel and bypass the young kinda distracted staff at the front desk, things flow nicely. Hotel location is great, the ocean with small surf is just what you need to enjoy your swimming, the beach is cleaned and patrolled effectively and the whole service crew provides excellent and genuinely friendly service, I felt like tipping them more although they did not seem to look after tips, rather enjoyed our stay as much as we did!! We'd like to come back!!! Front desk is slow, they tend to forget things you ask, but little reminders are enough.

Very disappointed. We booked 3 nights there in a ocean view king size bed deluxe. However when we arrived at 10 pm, they told us there was no ocean view room available and could only give us double bed lagoon view room without any compensation. We wanted to talk with their manager but she refused to talk to us. Another staff came and said he could give us back 12 usd for difference in price. But the price he quoted for double room is the last minute price and I booked the hotel 10 days ago. We felt very unfair but they refused to compensate any more. They said , we only have this room. Take it or leave it. Their attitude is very bad either.

Location, pool, in front of beach side, manager on duty support, bice stuff in pool bar. "Best rooms" are far to be the best; bell boys were sleepy when we arrived, so nobody help us with the luggage; no sleepers in the room.

My favorite thing about this resort was the infinity pool overlooking the ocean/beach. Also, I enjoyed sharing breakfast with my husband while sitting in what I call a pool restaurant (your chairs and table sit in the water) while dining and soaking up the rays-totally awesome! Lastly, the hotel goes the extra mile on providing comfy lounge chairs in the lobby, poolside, and on the beach. Great location- close to the airport. We had a poor night sleep since our air conditionaing was not working. We had a maintenance man come at 3:00 am to work on and he could not fix. At 3:30 we asked to be moved to another room so packed up our bags and moved. Since we did not fall asleep until 4:00 am we were not able to go to Isles Majueres which is what we had planned for the day. When we asked for a late checkout (2 hours later then normal checkout), they said they would need to charge us. We felt this was unfair since we had already missed our days activity and a good nights sleep.

Отель очень понравился. Недалеко от аэропорта. Хорошо оформлена зона пляжа и около бассейнов. Замечательные завтраки. Персонал предупредительный и старательный. Номера нормального размера, очень приятное постельное белье. Хорошие виды из окон. Рядом с отелем остановка автобусов, которые ездят очень часто и везут к местам допинга и развлечений. Хорошее спа на 1 этаже рядом с респшен. Не очень разнообразное меню в ресторане. Блюда не вкусные, особенно итальянской кухни. В молоке, которое подавалось к чаю-кофе мы обнаружили живых червяков!!!! Будьте бдительны!!!!!

Letto comodo, buon cibo (eccetto la pasta immangiabile e il caffè imbevibile, ma si sa...sotto questo punto di vista noi italiani siamo esigenti!!!), tranquillità. Saerbbe sato un soggiorno davvero piacevole se non avessimo avuto un grave problema al momento del ceek-in: come è accaduto anche a Ying (coppia giovane di Londra, vedi commento..). Premetto che abbiamo prenotato la camera con vasca vista oceano per il nostro viaggio di nozze Al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che la nostra camera non era disponibile, ci volevano far credere che la nostra prenotazione, siccome era stata fatta tramite booking non era arrivata in tempo e loro avevano già assegnato la stanza, gli ho mostrato la conferma di prenotazione e implorato per favore di farcela avere perchè era il nostro viaggio di nozze..con le buone non si è ottenuto nulla..mio marito ha chiesto allora di parlare con il direttore, il receptionist si è allontanato ed è tornato dicendo che improvvisamente la camera si era liberata....a questo punto mi sono impuntata dicendo che avrei voluto in ogni caso parlare con il dir. Perchè reputavo quanto successo davvero grave..mi è stato risposto che non dovevo pretendere nulla dal momento che avevo ricevuto ciò che desideravo...sono rimasta davvero amareggiata!

Restando un pò distante dal centro della vita notturna di Cancun era perfetto per riposare. Ottima anche la piscina e I lettini intorno. Abbondante la colazione e minibar gratuito sempre rifornito. L'hotel è un pò vecchiotto e la pecca più grossa sono I ristoranti (tranne il sushi bar che era ottimo essendo in messico) il mangiare non è buonissimo ... anzi, problemi anche con I camerieri apparentemente molto disorganizzati.

Ich wuerde dieses Hotel in erster Linie nicht empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis ist sehr schlecht. Auf kein Fall ein 5 Sterne. Die so gennanten Suites sind im Erdgeschoss oder im 1 Untergeschoss. Das heisst man hat kein guten Ausblick ins Meer wie man fuer den Preis erwarten wuerde. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und renoviert. Die Bar am Pool eher klein und schlecht. Restaurants sind sehr simple und das Essen nicht besonderes. Das Fruehstuck ist das beste von allem. Wir wuerden angelogen am Frontdeskt wegen der Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Also das Maedchen, das uns empfangen hat sehr inkompetent. In anderen Worten: Nie wieder!

Az elhelyezkedése: a reptérről könnyen megközelíthető, a város is elérhető távolságon belül volt. Csendes, pihenésre alkalmas környék. Az all inclusive szolgáltatás ellenére több érdekességet is tapasztaltam: a bár és az étterem is 11 órakor bezárt, illetve a bár csak 10 órakor nyitott ki. Ráadásul csak és kizárólag az étlapról lehetett ételeket választani, amelyek több esetben ráadásul elfogytak. Ez sajnos a reggelinél is előfordult, pl.: nem volt már sajt. Valamint a túrákat szervező kollégák csak reggel 9 órától dolgoztak, a recepción pedig nem tudtak információt adni.

La plage (si on ne regarde pas à côté la profusion d'autres hôtels, la salle de restautant et la qualité du petit déjeuner, la piscine, le patio-bar La chambre est un peu "cheap", mais surtout, je ne connaissais pas Cancun et c'est vraiment trop chargé d'hôtels sans charme.
