La atención de todo su personal fue sin dudas lo excelente, lo he recomendado a todos mis amigos! que no tienen mensajeria de voz para las extensiones telefónicas en las habitaciones. |

El staff del hotel es muy amable, me encantó la limpieza y presentacion de las instalaciones del hotel. Estaba dañada la cortina del balcon y el grifo del lavamanos, hubo demora hasta de 75 min en servir la cena, aunque después hubo una pequeña cortesia por parte del hotel. |

La habitación es grande, la piscina, y la vista a la playa no me gusto el hecho que no cambian el agua por botellas nuevas, y no cambian o reponen la parte de accesorios en el tocador. |

La piscina, el bar y la playa. Las habitaciones podrían estar más renovadas, y el hotel en general, quiere ir de chic, pero no llega y eso le da un aspecto algo cutre. |

El trato de las personas de recepción, botones, restaurant. La facilidad para la reserva de los tours, y la responsabilidad con el horario. Lo limpio de las habitaciones, piscina y áreas. El internet no llegaba hasta mi habitación, por lo que tenía que bajar al lobby con mi computadora. |

the staff was very helpful. The pool / beach area unbeatable. Good breakfast. the advertised fitness facility was useless. the spa services were poor.Dinner was not very good and expensive, wouldn t recommend the all inc package. |

the staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. the room was cleaned daily and a variation of a mint on the pillow was included every night. the hotel was nicer than i had anticipated because i thought it was a smaller mom and pop type of mexican get away. it is actually a 6 floor hotel with a great pool and cool little cabanas. it is decorated in a sort of ikia-esque which i thought was done well. the location of the hotel is not in the middle of the party area where all the two malls are. you have to take a 7 peso bus for about ten or fifteen minutes to get to that area but that can be a good thing depending on what you are looking to get out of the trip. |

the rooms were beautifully designed. pool was wonderful as it looked out into the ocean. they also offered spa services onsite and also dinner on the beach there were minor plumbing problems. |

A small and intimate hotel, our room was fairly comfortable and big, the Caribbean view from our porch was pretty nice, staff were always nice and the pool was comfortable the elevators were lighted with a horrible led colors and covered with a cheap silver paper like,only one computer at all of the hotel available for the guests, the jacuzzi was not working and was not fixed during all of our stay. |

Emplacement en bord de mer, avec piscine à débordement. Accueil sympathique et agréable. Design/mobilier. Jacuzzi dans la chambre Un peu bruyant. (Les suites sont au bord de la piscine, et il y a du passage toute la journée.) |

La chambre avec vue mer Personnel pas au niveau de la qualite de service que pretend offrir l'hotel... Check in beaucoup trop long malgre un nombre important d'employes a la reception, mais tous inefficaces et courrant partout pour rien... Et ne refletant pas du tout l'ambiance zen de l'hotel ! le prix a paye n'etait pas le meme que celui indique a la reservation !!! |

Große Zimmer (Kool Lanais Suite), gutes Serviceangebot. Da leider die Länge dieses Textes begrenzt ist kann ich nur eine Auflistung geben: Unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Personal an der Rezeption, keine Akzeptanz von Mastercards, an Stelle eines Balkons (lt. Buchung) eine max. 2Qm Terrasse direkt am Pool ohne Möglichkeit das zu ändern, Fehler in den Elektroleitungen (elektr. Schlag bei Betätigung des Lichtschalters), Badtür ließ sich nicht schliessen, Lampe in der Dusche (!) hing an den Kabeln aus dem Mauerwerk, beim Jacuzzi fehlten Abdeckdungen, keinerlei Dämmung verbunden mit Dauerlärm durch das Personal usw... Leider reicht der Platz nicht. Und das alles trotz Beschwerde bei der Rezeption! |

la piscine a débordement et l'accés direct à la plage, ainsi que la carte du restaurant et le service au bar de la piscine pour un hotel qui a de tel prétention, nous avons eu énormément de problème dans la suite que nous avons loué, en voyage de noce nous avons loué une des suite cool lanais, en dessous de notre chambre les cuisines et la pompe de la piscine vraiment pas terrible............... |
