Compared with other five star hotels I have stayed at in Cancun the r-c was by far the most accomplished Petty charges for internet and bottled water are extremely irksome

プール・ビーチサイドでのタオル・パラソル等の料金体制が有料と聞いていたが無料化されていて良かった。ま- た、日本人スタッフのアドバイスによって快適な滞在ができた。 ホテル内の予定していたレストランが休業期間中で非常に残念だった。

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, nice facilities, gym, pool, restaurants, stylish interior. This hotel does feel "luxurious" in a positive way. Rooms have a great ocean view. Good gym. Internet costs extra ~20$ for 24h per device like many other things. Breakfast was not included in our trip (which we only noticed on arrival) and can be pretty expensive (but also pretty good). If you want to explore the place around the hotel, you need to take a bus on a 4 car lane street, there is basically nothing interesting in the immediate proximity of this hotel (but this holds for any hotel in Cancun as far as I could see). We ended up in Cancun "by accident" (hurricane Sandy). If you are up for the kind of mass tourism, party, shopping, and car heavy place that Cancun is besides being a place with a beach, this is a very good choice within Cancun otherwise, I suggest you check out some more tranquil places.
