The service was above amazing! The location was very good as well, it took us about 20 minutes from the airport. It's a luxurious place and we loved everything about it as it was worth every penny.

    Nothing really!

Fantastic service all around, a feeling of privacy and personal attention, excellent dining options, luxurious spa, and a gorgeous beach! Our group of five women in our 30s and 40s felt utterly pampered and relaxed here. Our highlight of the trip was renting a beach cabana for a day. It fit all of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the shade, drinks, service, and view. Would definitely stay here again!

Located in the central of hotel zone the private beach is large and good restaurants are good

Facilities are too old especially the air condition would make you too cold and if you switched off the room get to wet

I liked breakfast which was perfect and different types of sun beds on the beach. The rooms were quite spacious but very old. Swimming zone was also nice but old. Quality of food was really high in general!!! Service was wonderful when it came to food and stuff like that.

Hotel is too old, it has to be renovated…with the price they are selling it for at least!!! Bathrooms are horribly old, all sun beds also…and actually everything. I didn't like staff at reception - really a bit silly and not too helpful. The hotel also froze our deposit which was supposed to be unfrozen right after full payment but it wasn't so one credit card was totally blocked and we went to Mexico-city after…Spa is incredibly expensive so we decided not to go there. I wouldn't choose this hotel again for Cancun and I go there every year!

    The beach is incredible

The room was very expensive and everything was at an added cost even the beach cabanas, wifi and breakfast. TV was not working, staff has not been able to fix it and no discount was given. Only for very rich people.
