Everyone, and I mean every person, we encountered at this resort was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the Royal Caribbean and entire area. They also never missed an opportunity to wish us a great day or to enjoy our stay. You should be very proud of your staff they really enhance the beauty of this resort.

Not in the Zona hotelera, so we needed a bus to go there...Everything you buy is in credit card, even the coffee in the lobby!!!!!! No breakfast included...

I liked the proximity to the choice part of the coast, the pools, the activities offered, the convenience store, and the closeness to a bus stop. It had pretty good restaurants. It was kind of nice to have a concierge assigned to work with you

It was catered more towards an older crowd who own timeshares at the resort. If you're a new guest, expect to be solicited to buy a timeshare at their sister resort near Playa del Carmen. Also, the wireless service is erratic and slow. The check in service was slow

I did not like anything about this booking except when I thought the television was broken the staff responded and came to help figure out the problem. And the telephone operators were very friendly.

This is not a hotel, it is a timeshare facility that rents out the empty units when vacant. It is not set up to be efficient due to this. It is set up for people to have extended stays. The check in took a ridiculous amount of time, and as we were a group needing multiple rooms we could not have rooms near each other. There was an issue with every one of our parties upon check in and throughout the two day stay. The staff was as helpful as they could be but due to the systems they have set up in the resort (cannot pay with cash in any of the resaurants and have to use your room card) it took forever to figure out where we could eat, and the facilities were open at inconvienent times and we had to order a pizza delivered for a late dinner, which cost us 50 usd for two pizzas. The buffet in the morning was awful, and there were people everywhere being sold on the idea of buying into the timeshare. The whole place had a creepy soul-less cult feel to it and not on in our party of friends will come back.

-I love the ability to sit on my Terrance and see the beautiful blue colors of the ocean. The cleanliness and up keep of the resort -The ability to choose the various restaurants located on property or a brief walk or shuttle ride away! -The beach -pools -In brief everything!

Location, pools, beach, facilities, clean, reasonably priced

Fold out beds were a little uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Variety of food choices at the breakfast bar was limited compared to other places. Prices were high - $3.00 for a small bottle of water at the bar. We arrived late and after 10:00 there was no where to get anything to eat. Called for Dominos delivery - $30.00 for a large pie - big rip off

Suite accomodation was perfect for a family of 5 with teenagers. The staff were very polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool area was very clean and spacious and there were always plenty of places to sit. The beach was clean and beautiful plus we had the added bonus of seeing the turtles who came ashore every night to lay their eggs.

only minor inconvenience was having to change rooms part way through the stay as units are let on a saturday to saturday basis and are not always available for the full 14 days if you arrive and leave on a different day of the week.

When traveling with large group or family good option, rooms are really big, kitchenette has everything you need for quick meals.

I dont understand the system Saturday to saturday booking.if you book more or between thay will make you change your room regardless that I booked many months in advanced.also the bathroom is too tiny

Muy bien ubicado, en la costa de Cancún

L’hôtel est situé dans la zone touristique, directement sur le bord de la mer. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipé. Une famille ou un couple âgé retrouverons certainement le lieu parfait pour un séjour. Un magasin, une banque et un arrêt de bus sont à proximité.

L’hôtel se situe à la fin de la zone touristique KM 17.5 (trop loin du centre) . Il est trop calme, je le déconseille pour les jeunes cherchant l'ambiance et le défoulement. Le balcon est trop petit.

La hospitalidad general del personal. Realice una observacion a un restaurante que forma parte del Grupo Royal, y muy pronto se le dio seguimiento y atención personalizada por el Gerente del restaurante. Esto habla muy bien, al final quede muy satisfecho por la atención.

Solicite la factura del hospedaje y no me fue otorgado. Considero al respecto que debe haber flexibilidad para que la puede generar con quien reservamos o bien directamente en el hotel.

La atención es excelente, te tratan muy bien desde la recepción, el restaurante y todos en general. Tiene una vista linda, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas.

La playa aunque es linda el mar es abierto y hay muchas olas, aunque se puede tomar un busecito interno que tienen con otros hoteles de la cadena e ir a una playa más tranquila.

Hotel lindo, quartos confortáveis, limpos, banheiro amplo, funcionários atenciosos.

Como e resort não tinha onde lavar as losas e o pessoal da limpeza não trocava as losas sujas, depois todo o demais genial.

Пляж отличный, как и в целом в Канкуне.

Цены в ресторанах отеля не отличаются от цен ресторанов Канкуна, но качество пищи в разы хуже.
