Great pool, beach - totally gorgeous clear blue water. Had water aerobics at 10am in pool. Excellent water pressure in shower, although tub was slow draining. Good ac. I had no issues with getting chaises at pool or beach. It can get windy on beach- some days might have issue with red caution flags, maybe at this time of year. Very close to the airport, so ideal if you want to short ride back and forth. Shuttle only 10us each way with Thomas More. Fyi they wanted me to leave over 2.5 hours before my departure. I ended up with over 2 hours wait for flight- trip to airport, check in taking bag on board and through security in less than 45 minutes.

Limited on site food choices. This is more for families and better if you had a suite. I had a room. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. I ate enough to last till dinner. The bbq night- not so great for my choice which was ribs. Also think made mistake of drinking water last night at dinner and having some intestinal issues post. I was told to stay with bottled water and forgot. I remember my husband went through same thing, all it takes is one glass...

I like the good location in the Hotel Zone, spacious room with balcony, microwave and the mini market inside the hotel and nice staff.

Not very reliable and efficient wi- fi reception, noisy ventilator in bathroom and most importantly, the over-soft pillow (but no alternative choice, I've asked1). I suffered from stiff neck the next morning which adversely affect hte health and mood of our stay!

Everything on site and convenient...shuttle bus between resorts...

Steps to the beach...exposed beach and closed the 5 days I was there.

The phone keeps ring in my room and no one was sent to fixed it so I have to unplug the phone.

The rooms are large and clean.

The entire facility is dated and enormous. This is not a 5 star hotel by any standard and we paid way too much for it. It is a time share apartment complex and should not be advertised as anything but. It is at most 3 stars. The pool is freezing and not heated.

The room was really nice, huge bathroom, beautiful view, fantastic overall. The internet was fast. The pool was amazing. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price. I would highly recommend the place.

They did not provide shampoo in the bathroom. I have never heard of that anywhere in the world. Also, in the market at the hotel, you can not pay cash. You must have credit on your room card. It is not a big deal, just annoying.

Beautiful, clean beach, helpful and always smiling staff, spacious apartment with all the necessities and more, royal market with very reasonable prices...

Saturday room exchange can be better organized - the bellboys are doing their best running around like crazy, but just cannot make it all in time.

The rooms,the service from the concierge + the Thomas More operators.All very good value.

The villas are good but the two sleeper option is too small. ( No kitchen or lounge area)

location - located directly on the beach; comfort - hotel services are very good, including beach and swimming pool facilities;

Internet - wi-fi network available at the hotel works at the spead of 10-20 kb/s at maximum (at least in two rooms where we lived). Therefore it is hardly possible to read and write e-mails. Completely impossible to download or upload any files, evne as small as 100 kb in size. Invoices - Royal Islander does not provide stamped invoices at the check out (actually, they provide no invoices at the check-out date, you are supposed to receive an e-mailed invoice afterwards). Therefore it is not the best option for people who has a business trip (when official invoice/receipt is needed from the hotel).

Perfect for families. I am really glad you discourage the Spring Breakers from coming. Your staff was great!

WiFi was a bit spotty. Other than that, no problems!

The beach, staff, drinks, and pool were all awesome! I highly recommend this resort. Also, the pizza was great!

Sorprendida pues las fotos quedaron chicas con lo que el complejo es en realidad...supero mis expectativas en todos los aspectos....increiblemente pudo hacer de mi viaje una experiencia padrisisima ya que el encanto del hotel pensado en cada uno de sus rincones para sacar una sonrisa a sus clientes ...lo logran totalmente....la atencion de su personal con mucha calidez .....lo que te hace sentirte apapachado ....

Muy poco claros con las reglas de check out y las penalizaciones por retrasos. Cuadrados y completamente cerrados a escuchar razones y mucho menos a aceptar

酒店離主要道路搭巴士有段距離但可以接受,到主要的shopping mall也要搭車前往,腳踏車只能租借2小時風帆船也只能玩1小時太少了

La piscina y playas. Es organizado y te atienden bien. Los restaurantes no son muy caros y se come bien!.

Muy caro para lo poco que incluye, esta lejos al final de la zona hotelera aunque esto da mas tranquilidad. Falta un poco de informacion con respecto a los beneficios y actividades para huespedes.

muy amplias las villas y las que están sobre la playa son impresionantes. la piscina enorme, el market bastante completo, aunque el del caribbean que está al lado es mejor.

está un poco alejado de la parte mas divertida de la zona hotelera, y lo peor es que para llegar a la avenida kukulcan, la principal, hay que atravesar el predio que corresponde al museo maya, con lo cual es bastante incomodo sobre todo al volver de noche en bus hay que caminar mucho para llegar al hotel

Прекрастное расположение, бесплатные парковка и Wi-Fi. Тихий и безопасный отель для семейного отдыха. Большинство поситителей- это пожилые американцы.Мы даже оставляли мелкие вещи на жезлонге бассейна и уходили надолго гулять к океану. Ничего не пропало. Неплохое меню ресторана, хотя конечно если питатся постоянно в ресторане то это может скоро надоесть, т.к. всеже меню больше американское Для полного комфорта желательна аренда авто, т.к. отель расположен довольно далеко от торговых точек. В номере есть холодильник, микроволновка и кофеварка. Можно приносить продукты и завтракать в номере. Оплата в барах и ресторанах отеля с помощью карты- ключа от номера, правда для этого нужно предварительно положить депозит на свой отельный счет.На своем авто можно посетить все ближайшие достопримечательности, экономя кучу денег.

-Громадный минус- субботнее переселение из номера. Как нам показалось- это кошмарят клиентов стандартных (дешевых) двухместных номеров и не членов клуба. Сначало их селят в номер с видом на пляж, а в ближайшую субботу переселяют в номер с видом на ресторан и бассейн... Вариантов для выбора- никаких!!! Мотивировка- такие правила, а также то что именно в ваш номер и именно в эту субботу приезжает член "роял клуба"!?! В последствии, гуляя по берегу в разное время суток- мы обнаружили много пустых номеров нашего класса с видом на плях. Поэтому нам показалось, что весь этот хипиш затеян только с одной целью- вербовка новых членов клуба. Мы много возмущались по этому поводу, обращаясь к разного уровня менеджерам отеля. Поэтому уже во вторую суботу нас не тронули. -Согпастно правилам отеля- уборка номера до 16:00, Поэтому если вы хотите отдыхать в номере после обеда, то у вас выбор небольшой. Либо горничная будет сидеть на голове- либо номер останется не убранным. - Все коктели в барах и ресторанах готовят из косервированных и не натуральных соков. Ну разве что банан могут растереть, а так со свежими фруктами они не парятся. Это не Тайланд!

En realidad nos gusto todo servicio atencion limpieza y la hubicacion tambien ya que esta un poquito alejado de los centros comerciales pero lo suficiente como para pasear caminando hasta ellos todo muy bueno.

Que si bien los mexicanos hablan español por idioma natural parece que en el hotel solo se habla ingles hasta el servicio telefonico esta solo en ingles por lo cual sino sabes ingles no entendes nada claro si les decis no entiendo ahi si te hablan en español me resulto incomodo solo esto.

Sistema all inclusive ainda é melhor. Este hotel não tem essa opção.

Le confort de l appartement, cuisine tres bien equipee, la tranquillite malgre la taille de l etablissement. La possibilite de restauration dans l etablissement et dans l'appartement (magasins d alimentation dans l etablissement). La plage tres bien amenagee avec parasols, transats et bar de plage. Amabilite du personnel.

La difficulte pour se baigner dans des eaux magnifiques en raison d'une plage tres dangereuse (Tres bonne surveillance du personnel de securite), grosses vagues et bahines. Drapeau rouge tout notre sejour. Pas d activites sportives pour les enfants, pas d activites en general pour les ados.

L'endroit, le service, les sourirs du personnel et leur disponibilité

Chnger de chambre à 2 reprises en 2 semaines et attendre l'autre chambre de 11h à 16h30! Avec 4 peitis enfants, c'est juste insupportable. Malgré notre demande faite depuis la date de réservation, nous n'avons pas pu rester au delà de 13 h dans la chambre le jour du départ. Notre avion décollait à 21h. Aucune relation entre booking et l'hôtel!
