Featuring an outdoor pool, Real Inn Cancún by Camino Real is in Cancún, just over half a mile from the beach and 2 miles from Plaza Caracol shopping center.
Score from 163 reviews Excellent
Very clean, nice rooms, good design and the beach bar staff was excellent.
It was the most boring place I've ever experienced in Cancun. We had planned for more excitement. There were absolutely no activities going on at all or staff to initiate anything.
The service , the location , the food and drink!!!
Wifi is too weak
Generally, I liked the place, including the room's cleanliness and comfort. Also, the kind staff.
The hotel's wifi was very very very bad.
Not enough restUrants to choose from
Location is poor. Impossible to swim, large waves.
Beach was close and hotel was very beautiful and priced for value.
WiFi was very weak and intermittent.
Compared to most hotels on the strip this was more affordable. Fantastic beach in front of the hotel, perfect pool area, two restaurants on site (Italian, buffet).
This may be more due to booking.com but our requests for one bed instead of two and a higher storey room were ignored. We booked a superior ocean view room expecting a nice view and actually given the bottom floor with a view of the ocean mostly blocked by another hotel building. We rang reception who couldn't change the room. Wifi rarely worked. Not in walking distance to any good restaurants.
The view and the service are perfect. The beds are enough and the kitchen is perfect. For a family, it is perfect!
The WIFI is disappointing. The restaurant is soso.
1,The sea beach is beautiful
1.No wifi in room, the wifi only on lobby but it's so slow. 2.The food is not delicious
Too expensive. 3 star hotel, not more poor facilites.
Good vacation. Great buffet. Beautiful beach. We likes
The front desk would not exchange money.
The view at the beach was great
The service at this hotel did not make me feel welcomed. The receptionist "Angelica" had an attitude since day one. There were no wifi's in our room, and we ere told by Angelica that because we got a small room we don't get wifi. Plus we couldn't use the seating porch outside, most of the staff weren't friendly, and the few that were was the reason why I didn't go off at the manager. I honestly wouldn't come back at this hotel after that experience..
The location was great! The resort looks just like the pictures and is right on the beach. The food tasted wonderful, and the prices when charged on our credit card converted nicely to our US currency. Our room was very clean, and the balcony and shared patio were great to relax. If you want a place where you will have to get out of the resort at times and mingle with locals, this is great. It's far enough south to avoid a lot of the nightly noise in the north section. Taking the $1/person 1-way bus was a great way to get around on the main north-south road.
I really wanted an all-inclusive, but my husband thought this would be a better value. There are LOTS of stairs, so do NOT turn down the employees asking to help you with your luggage. I thought when they asked that it was just up the 2 steps to the lobby and not clear across the other side of the resort. Be cognizant of your surroundings. Use the locks on your sliding glass doors especially at night. Appropriate resort staff seem to have security duties at night on the beach with flashlights. Service was a bit slow near the pool, and especially at the beach. We frequented a very small grocery store across the street from the resort to use our in-room fridge and microwave. This was cheaper than the small store at the resort itself. The staff speak enough English to be understood, but depending on the situation, you may have to repeat some ideas in different ways to get the point across. Some of the fixtures in the room were outdated, but very clean (shower tile). I would suggest that they may want to get rid of their double beds. We got a great last minute deal, but the 2 double beds in our room were not ideal for 2 adults. Also, some of the pool and especially beach loungers may not be made for the big and tall guy, so look around for those that are more sturdy.
The staff kept the property spotless. Even the seaweed/kelp was cleaned off the beach each day. The property was in very good shape. Also, the staff was very friendly.
The wifi was next to useless. The restaurant options are minimal but the food was good. Not too much to complain about.
Good size rooms, clean, comfortable
We wished they had a outdoor jacuzzi for evenings..we really wanted to jacuzzi at end of days. 7 pm was perfect weather to relax outdoors evenings in jacuzzi this time of year, we would come back if they had one otherwise it was that important we will look for a hotel next time with one.
Everything, food was great, wait staff were friendly & helpful.
The store/deli could have more choices.
Paid for ocean view room. Only view I had was the side of another building. Had the small have on someone else's suite. Was suppose to have a balcony and I didn't.
Hotel room facilities
Services from stuffs in compared to other hotels nearby.
Todo bien. Debe tener todo incluido.
Hay barreras para personas con impedimento.
Location of hotel and comfort of room
Kitchen needs to be updated. Paying at the restaurant needs to be coordinated to make it easier. We were always asked how we were going to pay before we ordered.
Due to airline ticketing, we spent 2 days at the Emporio before our timeshare week. We would not bother going anywhere else next time. We had a great time, loved the beach, the facilities and the rooms. The staff were accommodating, especially at the dive shop; many thanks for the tanks!! Kudos to the Emporio; we'll be back!!
The suites are really fully equipped appartments. Very large rooms, nice balcony, nice view. The resort was spotless clean, even though it was off-season and we were almost alone there. Very nice beach, pools and mini supermarket inside the hotel.
There is a great deal of humidity in the rooms. That's why they tell you to keep the aircondition on all the time.
I stayed at Emporio for a week, and I loved the location!
I HATED the 2 kids painting on top of the beds! I couldn't sleep because of them, and was terrified at night, while their eyes stare at the bed! Probably not the best choice of art, seriously.
i didnt like everything. No wonder why hotel seem empty
The pool. Close to bus services. Nice beach.
