Pleasant, friendly staff. Very clean. Food well above average for an all inclusive resort. Excellent location for access to all Playa Del Carmen has to offer. Nice, wide, sandy beach. All inclusive can be a bit too much particularly when the many restaurants and entertainment available in Playa Del Carmen is footsteps away. The "standard" wines left something to be desired and would benefit from an upgrade. The resort can be noisy at times depending on the room's location. |

La calidad en el trato de su personal, la seguridad de estar en un lugar tranquilo y sin niños, a unos pasos de la 5ta ave. se me acabo el agua, pero llame a recepcion y en menos de 1 minuto restablecieron el servicio |

Suite molto curata, servizio ottimo, cucina locale e internazionale, posizione ideale con 2 piscine e spiaggia molto bella, inoltre molto vicino alla cittadina di Playa ristorante italiano solo di nome (e di prezzo) |
