Beautiful territory, kitchen where you can prepare your own food, intimate place far from other hotels and restaurant zone. It was ideal place for our honeymoon!

This place is good for you only if you have your own car or if you are ready to take bike every day. Otherwise you'll be blocked on the territory. Also be awared about mosquitos and possible problems with WiFi.

The nature feeling and the private cenote.

Too expensive for the value given (no breakfast, no private bathroom and shower).

Well kept and tended Wi-Fi in screened building Hot (salt) water in private showers. Crab holes all over the property were actually pretty neat. Private cenote included canoe use for guests. The young man in charge was quite nice, but spoke little if any English.

Property not on ocean, so very little breeze and LOTs of mosquitos! In-room fan's motor was locked up and I finally got it to work to produce a little circulation. Cenote was more like section of inland lake, and the "Stay away from crocodiles" sorta turned me off.

    Friendly helpful staff

It is at the end of the line out of tulum. Stay here if you are happy to relax and be isolated.
