Exactly as in photos. Irma was gracious and friendly.
Noisy road...bring earplugs Pool could use a passive solar heater in Dec.
Really nice spot. Fairly friendly. Room was lovely. Only let down by being near a main road
I liked that it was a small intimate boutique hotel with only 6 rooms. Irma and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and the OJ was fresh squeezed! I also was happily surprised to find they did not charge for Wifi like all the resorts do. that was really helpful and just made my impression of Uolis Nah that much better. The pool was very clean and a pleasure to swim in. They even offer bikes to use to roam around town. Overall, I would definitely come back. I even recommended it to a few friends.
I wish they had more pillows, but that's it.
Clean, very nice decorated, no problems with smell and sound. The was some music over the street but it can be much louder in city centre...
The acomodation was nice and staff very friendly. The top rooms have nice balconies with hammacs.
Despite the nice rooms the location of the hotel was very bad. It feels that you are staying over at a highway rest hotel for truck drivers due to the distance of the main road full of traffic. It is a pitty to go to such a beautiful place such as Tulum and end up in a bad located hotel in the middle of nowhere. And since we booked in advance we were denied to cancel our revervation. Expensive compared to the other hotels just in front of the sea. A little advice: Tulum is close to the beach so stay close.
The staff was nice, and even though their English wasn't the best, they made sure all I needed to know was explained well. The location isn't the best, as it's a bit far from the beach, but the bike fixes that. Room was large, comfortable and had a full kitchen.
The breakfast was WAY too simple. If you choose to walk to the beach, you're in for a very hard time, specially if it's hot. Air conditioning was completely pointless, the AC was too small for the room.
We loved the services, decoration, facilities... Will come back!
A bit of noise from Neighbors & trucks passing by could be annoying early in the morning
The hotel had a good size market and small local restaurants near with decent food. The building and pool were kept well.
When I got there the hotel was running a deal 2 nights for 3 but the owner wouldn't cut me a break since I purchases on booking.com. The refrigerator didn't work. I was very far from the center of town, ocean. Ruins were about a mile and half away. Not too bad. I over paid for this place and won't stay again. I'd rather pay for place closer to the center of the town of Tulum. Truthfully Tulum is a huge tourist trap and would only pass through to Coba or Merida.
I LOVE de space of the room, It's confy and has a nice decoration, best thing was the kitchen and Really nice bath with perfect water pressure.
Can't walk at night Alone. But the taxi is only $2 dolars. So It's Ok.
The location is great and the hotel is built with a pool and nice rooms.
Although this was supposed to be a awesome time it was on part dissapointing by just in our room there was a problem with the kitchen and there was no bicycles as promised by the staff.
A few charming cabanas with excellent staff to ensure a very welcome stay at a spot in Mexican-style. Close the pueblo and a 15 minute-ride to the beaches. Bikes included! A huge supermarket just across the street.
The fans were a bit noisy as you def need to keep them on at night.
great quite place, very clean
no air conditioning
Free bikes, and very nice staff.
The entrance of hotel is looking on main road from Tulum to towns of Valladolid and Merida, and is bit nosy due to trucks and buses.
Room is clean, wifi good and there is a little swimming pool. The lady at reception was really kindly and relly helpfull.
Our room was with fan only and really too hot to sleep, room is definetely overpriced. If you pay in pesos they do not apply the current day rate against USD and this increase room price of fews USD. Better to pay in USD, as they accept! The manager should absolutely improve his behaviour with their clients
Very cosy hotel area. Nice round room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location in between the city centre and the Maya ruins. Free bicycles, handy to go to the ruins, beach and city centre.
Location close to busy and noisy main road.
Loved the attentive staff who was very knowledgeable about the area. Free use of bikes made it easy to get to the beach.
Good potential but...
Our room was stinking. We asked to change and the owner asked more money. The pool was empty but was no mention about it, and when we ask upgrade for that they ask more money again. Wifi didn´t work all time long. The bikes were defected and we had to drive back with a taxi. When I´ve called the owner to explain we were unsatisfied he was very unfriendly like he was already doing me a favor letting me sleeping there!! We got a better room for one night but then we decided to leave. The staff was kind but not so prepared. Before we left, found another woman speaking on the phone with the owner for same reasons...
What a cute place! Only 20minute walk from ADO bus terminal, easy to walk to and easy to get to shops and restaurants, you can walk to ruins and beach, but more fun to use the bikes provided. Very nice breakfast.
We loved it!
good place. Bicycle to use.
Neighbors close by that created much noise. Not a jungle lodge, since there now is building a lot of new houses close by. Much noise from trafic.
Clean place with big rooms Nice pool and relaxing area Quiet
Quite expensive. It isnt near the beach area of tulum which is sometimes a good thing but the cost isnt warranted here...
Cool setting and very handy
Only 2 pool chairs and limited pool space
Free bike hire
Over booked one night and they wouldn't refund
nice place friendly well kept
noisy,internal, and traffic
This is a tiny, Mexican hotel surrounded by a wall enclosing a nice, small swimming pool and some attractive plantings. It is on the edge of town and is walking or biking distance to town, the beach, cenotes, and the Tulum ruins. There are two supermarkets very close by. The rooms and kitchenette are simple, but nicely decorated, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, unlike many beds in hotels in Mexico. A good breakfast of pastry, fruit, yogurt, etc. was included, as were bicycles. The bikes we in good repair and took us almost everywhere we wanted to go. We used the air-conditioning at night and it worked well. there were two fans large fans and usually a good breeze. The exceptional thing about this little hotel was the staff, who took very good care of us and made us feel at home. The manager also booked a Sian Ka'an tour for us and gave us a discount coupon for a day at a secluded beach club. We will definitely stay there again.
Could use a couple more utensils in the kitchenette. The fridge kept things cold, but was on it's last legs. We bought some ice cube trays for it.
Very nice staff. Free bikes are awesome. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Hammocks were greatly appreciated. Supermarket around the corner. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely come back!
The location is just outside of the town: next to a bit of a dark road at night. If you want to head into town, you'll have to walk on the dark road to get there. The beach was also a bit further than we thought.
