Free bikes, and very nice staff.

The entrance of hotel is looking on main road from Tulum to towns of Valladolid and Merida, and is bit nosy due to trucks and buses.

Very cosy hotel area. Nice round room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location in between the city centre and the Maya ruins. Free bicycles, handy to go to the ruins, beach and city centre.

Location close to busy and noisy main road.

    Good potential but...

Our room was stinking. We asked to change and the owner asked more money. The pool was empty but was no mention about it, and when we ask upgrade for that they ask more money again. Wifi didn´t work all time long. The bikes were defected and we had to drive back with a taxi. When I´ve called the owner to explain we were unsatisfied he was very unfriendly like he was already doing me a favor letting me sleeping there!! We got a better room for one night but then we decided to leave. The staff was kind but not so prepared. Before we left, found another woman speaking on the phone with the owner for same reasons...

What a cute place! Only 20minute walk from ADO bus terminal, easy to walk to and easy to get to shops and restaurants, you can walk to ruins and beach, but more fun to use the bikes provided. Very nice breakfast.

    We loved it!

    good place. Bicycle to use.

Neighbors close by that created much noise. Not a jungle lodge, since there now is building a lot of new houses close by. Much noise from trafic.

This is a tiny, Mexican hotel surrounded by a wall enclosing a nice, small swimming pool and some attractive plantings. It is on the edge of town and is walking or biking distance to town, the beach, cenotes, and the Tulum ruins. There are two supermarkets very close by. The rooms and kitchenette are simple, but nicely decorated, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, unlike many beds in hotels in Mexico. A good breakfast of pastry, fruit, yogurt, etc. was included, as were bicycles. The bikes we in good repair and took us almost everywhere we wanted to go. We used the air-conditioning at night and it worked well. there were two fans large fans and usually a good breeze. The exceptional thing about this little hotel was the staff, who took very good care of us and made us feel at home. The manager also booked a Sian Ka'an tour for us and gave us a discount coupon for a day at a secluded beach club. We will definitely stay there again.

Could use a couple more utensils in the kitchenette. The fridge kept things cold, but was on it's last legs. We bought some ice cube trays for it.

Very nice staff. Free bikes are awesome. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Hammocks were greatly appreciated. Supermarket around the corner. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely come back!

The location is just outside of the town: next to a bit of a dark road at night. If you want to head into town, you'll have to walk on the dark road to get there. The beach was also a bit further than we thought.

We spent 10 days in Uolis Nah and had the most amazing time. After a long flight we had a warm welcome by Irma, a very kind, friendly and very helpfull lady. She answerd all our questions, the best way to the beach, tourprices, told us about Tulumhistory and its nature. The vibe at the hotel is chill and personal. The spacious room with kitchenette gives the possibility to cook as the restaurants in town are a bit overpriced. With the free bicycles you explore Tulum at your own speed. This hotel is an absolute recommandation and i would definetly come back.

The free bikes were great and made it possible to explore the whole city as well as the Mayan ruins and beaches. The hammock on our balcony was very relaxing.

Sweet little spot with very friendly staff. Irma was amazingly helpful, interested and interesting. She helped us to find some sweet spots off the beaten path. I would go back just because of her caring interest. The bed was large (king size) and very comfortable if you like a firm bed. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere. Lovely fresh fruit, croissants etc. for breakfast. They kept the pool clean and the area tidy even with lots of large greenery shedding daily. The location is convenient for walking into town without being on the main street. We love Tulum. Be sure to check out the clubs and bars along the beach road.

Although it is enclosed with walls, the traffic noise in the morning is a bit loud, so if you are very sensitive it may be too much.

Free bicycles and good breakfast. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Hotel is quite far from the city center (5 minutes by bike) and even further away from the beach (some 15 minutes by bike).

Massive suite for the price of a room elsewhere. A hidden gem in a peaceful setting, easily reached from the main town (by foot) or the beaches (by bike). Lovely wooden and grass buildings with lots of home comforts inside: huge, beautifully mosaic bathroom with hot water, kitchenette with fridge and about 3 paces from our private balcony to the pool. Hired bicycles free from the hotel and an easy, flat, slow- paced 15min cycle to Tulum Mayan ruins or the glorious white, post-card perfect beaches. We unfortunately have limited Spanish but the staff were endlessly helpful from the moment we arrived, to planning the next leg of our journey. Highly recommended.

Location was close to junction on main road so noise was unpleasant at times.

It is a lovely place, close to city and to bike's road at the same time. Very friendly and nice stuff, tasty breakfast.

Bikes are a bit worn out and sometimes amount is not enough for all guest.
