Villa Arqueologica Teotihuacan  

Very clean and comfortable. Amazing value for what you get. The restaurant is great as well (we had breakfast and lunch there). All staff is very friendly and accomodating. Definitely coming back soon!

Not a big deal, but the pool was dirty the day I was there, which was a bit dissapointing, since it would have been nice to take swim after spending a day in the dust of Teotihuacan ruins.

location is perferct, the style is coorelating with surrounding nature. parking is comfortable.

Stuff speaks very poor english. there were some misunderstanding about payments.

Perfect location at side of archaeo. site & good gardens/poolside to chill out after visiting site. The layout at all Villa Arqueologicas is the same - we loved the style of it. The hotel had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere during our visit which suited us well.

Restaurant staff, though very friendly, courteous & cheerful, are painfully slow & need to be better trained - to lay plates/cutlery before bringing food for example & to carry more than 1 thing at a time!

Wi Fi only worked in the lobby area.

It was beautiful and was very isolated. The pyramids could be seen from the hotel. Many restaurants wee within hiking distance. Very quiet. Inner courtyard had a large shallow swimming pool, gardens, dining, lounges for tanning. The exterior had a large childrens playground. The nearby Reina Animal safari was great fun. La Gruta restaurant is within walking distance and is inside a cave. Sunday has a native cultural dance show on stage there. The road is Cobblestone so walking is more like hiking.

The place is very isolated, so if you are looking for great nightlife this is not the place for you.

Only a short walk from main gate to Teotihucan national historic site. Pleasant ambience, very quiet, away from main town. Food good but not spectacular. Clean and well-managed.

1. No shuttle service to airport, despite claims to contrary. 2. No heated swimming pool, despite claims to contrary. 3. Staff have very little English, despite claims to contrary. 4. Restaurant is not as advertised, focuses on generic food, some Mexican, not French as advertised. 5. Limited shopping at the hotel and nearby.

La comida mala y tardada .la falta de vigilancia. No tiene tienda de artesania. No tiene un tradporte para un tour por las dif .puertas y trasp. A terminal autobuses teotihuacanos.

Petite hotel typiquement Mexicaine avec decor Mexicain. Tres tranquille avec piscine que nous avons pas eu la chance d'utiliser.

Charmoso, equipe prestativa, relação custo - benefício do restaurante muito boa, quartos pequenos porém aconchegantes e confortáveis. Muito perto da piramides de Teotihuacán. Muito silencioso e tranquilo. Estilo hotel fazenda.

Прекрасное расположение по отношению к архелогической зоне (5 минут пешком). Единственный приличный ресторан в окрестностях. Хорошие номера с местным колоритом. Есть интернет и горячая вода. Дружелюбный персонал.

У персонала очень плохой английский, приходится общаться по наитию.

Bonito hotel. Muy buen restaurante. El personal muy-muy amable. Bien ubicado, se puede ir andando a visitar las pirámides.

Llegamos de noche y nos costó un poco localizarlo porque no había inidicaciones. Por la noche hacía un poco de frío en la habitación.

Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal, las habitaciones tiene un diseño mágico.

No hay habitaciones para familias con 2 hijos, se limita a 3 personas pro habitación y eso complico un poco la estancia.

Salen unas arañas espantosas de las camas!!...por lo que ya no pudimos dormir...

Совсем рядом с пирамидами, можно посетить их в 7 утра и гулять по древнему городу в полном одиночестве какое-то время - впечатление незабываемое. Хорошая вкусная еда в ресторане. Есть бассейн под открытым небом, площадка для игры в бадминтон, настольный теннис.

Wi-fi работает только в лобби и ресторане. Персонал не говорит по английски. Мы были зимой - в номере было довольно прохладно, обогрев есть, но какой-то странный - тёплым воздухом (шумит и сушит).

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour aller visiter le site de Teotihuacan. On peut s'y rendre à pieds. On peut y arriver sans voiture à partir de la gare de Central Norte à Mexico. Il y a des bus tous les 15 minutes. Le restaurant est bien mais à changer en moins bien depuis notre dernier séjour il y a 5 ans. On peut manger au bord de la piscine ce qui est agréable.
