Nice Hotel, very good location, close to the beach and the ADO station, big room with a balcony. helpful and nice staff. On the weekends it can be loud due to the close bar, during the week its ok.

The location is great, just a short stroll from all the shopping and the beach and bars. Having travelled in Mexico extensively I thought this was very overpriced. This was a $35 room, and if you can be bothered to wander around for a little while you will find the same quality at that price.

Ett bra läge alldeles nära centrum med bekväma sängar och rymliga rum. Peronalen var mycket tjänstvilliga och gav bra tips. Själva Playa del Carmen är väldigt "turistiskt" och lite mycket tingel-tangel.

La recepcionista nos dio muy buen trato, el hotel esta bien a secas nada lujoso, pero no te roban nada. al ver la relación entre calidad y precio queríamos cambiar de hotel a otros mas baratos y en mejor ubicación y la dueña se porto muy mal con nosotros inclusive pasando la tarjeta sin autorización. lo que nos obligo a quedarnos.

Personalen men framförallt städerskan som gjorde ett gudomligt jobb läget var bra Dom spela lite mycket på kvällarna bredvid kunde gott fått vatten varje dag på rummet

Localização, próximo ao píer de onde saem os boats para Cozumel e perto da parte principal da 5ª avenida Móveis antigos, cheiro muito forte de desinfetante no quarto.

Excelente atención. El staff es super amable y cálido. La habitación es muy cómoda. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, una cama super cómoda, decoración sofisticada estilo europeo, una terraza amplia y un baño muy prolijo. Está a unas cuadras de la Quinta Avenida y cerca de la playa. Muy recomendable!

El trato de todo el personal sin excepciones, especialmente de parte de Serena en la recepciòn. Las habitaciones son limpias en el sentido bàsico, no esperes lujos. En nuestro caso tenìamos el desayuno en un hotel contiguo llamado Casa Tucàn con el que tambièn comparten la piscina. Creo, en mi opiniòn personal que le hace falta un cariñito a las instalaciones porque el concepto de casa convertida en hotel es interesante. Hay àreas de la casa que no estàn aprovechadas como la terraza y en general las àreas comunes. Si sòlo lo buscas para descansar despuès de las actividades del dìa es una de las mejores opciones en Playa del Carmen. Creo que si lo proponen pueden convertirlo en un hotel gourmet.

Excelente ubicacion, el personal en general es muy amable, esta cerca de todo el comercio, la playa, buenos restaurants, buen acceso, excelente relacion precio-calidad el lugar es tranquilo, pero hay un billar al lado que si tienes el sueño liviano te molestara para dormir, lo demas excelente.
