Amazing hotel best I've ever been to.
The hotel is quite charming, and the staff are phenomenal. Lovely garden and location is in the center of town, walking distance to all the sites and shops and restaurants
The main San Miguel church is right next door, and they ring the bells all day and all night, so use earplugs. On the other side of the hotel you get road traffic, but you will get that in every hotel.

Patricia and Octavio and rest of Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room, "Mirado" - very special.
Fruit breakfasts and coffee were good; cool bread, packaged jelly and cold butter could use improvement.
Superb central location and vista from our room. Staff was quite pleasant and efficient. Not all spoke English, but that was okay with us. Charming colonial feel to the place. Continental breakfast included - coffee/tea, sliced fresh fruit and rolls with butter and jam.
Our room did not have a chair or desk which would have made for a more comfortable stay. Other rooms -may- have them. Although the city and area seems quite safe, the front door to our room was not overly secure and a simple kick would have opened it.
We enjoyed the comfort of our room and the pleasant environment in the garden/pool area. Also important to us was being very conveniently located.
The street noise, when cars would pass by on the cobblestone streets, was loud, but with our window closed to the street it did not affect our room. This is the trade-off for being in the center of a historic town with narrow streets that has no restrictions on traffic.

Location Friendly accommodating staff Cleanliness Garden, pool and view from room.
Unimaginative, rustic continental breakfast served at 8: 30am which is not good for early risers who want to be on the go. You learn to live with the church bells clanging nearby!
Luxurious bathroom with enormous sunken bath. Bedroom with terrace.
Poor breakfasts, cold coffee, often very late in serving. Mornings too cold to eat outside by pool, but breakfast ordered in room never came. No coffee making facilities in room, although listed in amenities.
A bit rustic, but very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Great location.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great gardens
The hotel has changed name recently and was difficult to find at first.
I was impressed by the staff's attention to detail. Enrique, the manager, made us feel very welcome. Hotel on a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the main square. The room was very clean and the view gorgeous (we stayed on the top floor). Breakfast by the pool was the perfect way to start the day. Also a plus is the Hotel's free parking service.
No elevator, so we had to climb some stairs to get to the top floor. Other than that it was perfect.
