Agradezco la excelente atención que recibí personalmente del señor Víctor y del señor Gian Carlo. La calidad y presentación de los alimentos es excelente. La atención del personal amable. La limpieza en la habitación y en áreas comúnes excelente. El servicio en el restaurante es bueno al llegar después del primer tiempo, los meseros se descuidan y dejan de atender al cliente. La limpieza en habitación excelente. Hay fallas en el mantenimiento. Jacuzzi falta limpieza en las colchonetas que lo cubren. Conexiones de luces cruzadas. Regaderas anticuadas. El precio de hospedaje me parece demasiado alto para lo que en realidad ofrece el hotel en cuanto a instalaciones y espacio. Comparado con Regina Los Cabos, Westin Ixtapa, Live Aqua Can Cun.

Läget med solnedgång över Cancun. Avslappnad lyx med jättegod mat. Litet personligt hotell med alla möjligheter till skön avkoppling, främst med bok vid någon av poolerna eller nere på beachen. Bra service från helt underbar personal.

Tutto!!!hotel di grande stile senza una minima pecca e con un ristorante italiano di livello sia per il servizio e soprattutto per la qualita' delle portate!staff cordiale e disponibilissimo!livello altissimo qualsiasi cosa! Non si riesce ad avere acqua fredda dalla doccia che e' fantastica e doppia oltre che sauna ma troppo calda!
