The staff were so efficient and professional, friendly and charming. The reception area, dining room and grounds were lovely. The food was delicious and the service on the beach excellent. It was a wonderful holiday.

The decor of the sitting room was that of a chain of hotels for businessmen. Completely neutral with no Mexican influence, although the reception area, dining room and grounds were lovely,

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was truly lovely in every way. Very quiet, private and romantic. We will definitely be going back again!

the view, the beautiful location, the staff, beautiful pools and nice beach, great service; a boat picks your up at the dock.

room was "tired" and looked like old Mexico. Room was old and worn, including the furniture, golf carts not available as promised, we were told to take a taxi to the village to get one. Lines long for them there. The hotel is way over priced and not 5 star level anymore. I spoke to a man who worked there and I was told that it is in the process of being sold, owners have not put any money into it for two years, etc. It is as "cash cow."

I have stayed there many times before and love isle Mujeres however would not stay therefor oregano few days up to a week maximum which I have done In the last. This time my daughter who works for BA as a stewardess had a 5 day trip so rather than go back and forthcromthecrew hotel in cancun we decided rather than going back and forth by boat every day when we are there to stay there as we know this hotel very well It's a fabulous hotel butwouldnotstaylonger than 1 week ..and it's expensive

Nothing service great and setting great however we still go to playa Norte beach the other end of the island .. Great managers and staff And service and splendid setting right on sea as a tour operator myself I,m not easily pleased
