Mali, our host, is friendly, helpful and conscientious. This b and b has a family feel to it. It is a 10-15 walk to the central Jardin.

Friendly family atmosphere; helpful owner, clean, cheerful surroundings, and within 10 minute walking distance to the main tourist area. It was like being at home - a nice sitting room for quiet reading, plus a room for watching television, and a kitchen to make tea/coffee. Rooms at the front faced a busy street, but with the window shutters closed, it was quiet.

The location was excellent. It was close enough to the Center to make it an easy 10 minute walk on a level. But it was in a relatively quiet neighborhood for the evening. Our room had its own balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the inner courtyard. Plus, the inner courtyard interfaced with the rooftop patio. This made for a large addtional, beautiful and tranquil space. The coutyard and patio have lovely wrought iron furniture and colorful flowers and plants. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed the breakfast: fresh fruit of bananas, apples, pears, as well as freshly cut papya and cantelope. There were sweet muffins as well as freshly toasted bread if you like. Orange juice, coffee/tea and a variety of dry ceral. No plastic silverware or cups. Ceramic mugs for coffee. The hostess was consistently cheerful, polite and helpful. Fluent speaking English. She arranged for a taxi for 4:45AM and also got up in time to have coffee and a light breakfast available before an early flight home! Very clean. Quality linens. Surpassed my expectations.

Decor was beautiful and everything was very clean. It felt peaceful to return there after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was just right. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful in all ways, arranging for a driver for our day to outlying areas, and our bus trip to Guadalajara.. A little far from the center of town. Not a big problem though.

Villa Sueño Azul is quite even if near hostel has a party. I had very good experience because of Villa Sueno Azul. If you stay in Guanajuato, this is nice choice. Actually, I think it's little far from central. It tooks over 10 minutes to walk.
