HM Villas Paraiso del Mar  

Staff was service minded, the room was great and the location perfect. Food was great. The sea is just few metres away. There are a lot of mosquitos, big and small ones (called chaquistes), so it is important to have a good repelent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice rooms, fantastic breakfast buffé. Good location near to the beach and town.

Despite what is stated on their website., WiFi is not available throughout the hotel, only the lobby/reception. Getting a room with a balcony is not a garuantee. We stayed in the "junior suites" that state they hava a balcony. This is not the case, the bungalows are 3 floors, bottom floor room have a terrace, 2nd floor room have balcony, and top floor rooms have a living room with sea view. The beach directly in front of the hotel isn't the best. A lot is rotting sea weeds.

Location is wonderful. The design of the hotel is really nice. The mexican buffet on Wednesday night is really complete and good.

Cet hôtel, situé en bord de plage de sable blanc et eau turquoise, est intégré dans un paysage de rêve. Le coucher de soleil offre un spectacle romantique exceptionnel. Les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses, très confortables, meublées avec goût et exotisme. Le personnel est très serviable, et la nourriture est excellente. Bref, que du bonheur. Si cela est possible, privilégiez la réservation d'un chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer.

Le bruit excessif du moteur de la climatisation. La formule tout inclus, qui n'en est pas vraiment une, puisqu'elle se limite à une liste de boissons et de plats. Cette formule inclus également le prêt de bicyclettes, mais compte tenu du faible nombre, elles ne sont jamais disponibles, à moins de se lever très tôt le matin !.

Bravo pour l'accueil avec un cocktail. Excellent rapport qualité prix dans une île paradisiaque ! Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Le village est proche à pied par la plage. Le restaurant avec sa formule buffet est d'un très bon rapport qualité. Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour itinérant !

El buffet, es muy caro en relación a la variedad. Y la limpieza de la alberca.

Todo fue muy bien. Esta decorado con gusto y el personal es muy amable.

Si hubo algun detalle que no me gusto. Uno es que de 3 noches que nos alojamos en el hotel, 2 vinieron a las 9 de la magnana a limpiar la habitacion y nos despertaron. La segunda es que el trato en el hotel con sus servicios no era en absoluto dando preferencia al cliente. Las actividades extra como irte por tu cuenta con un kayak o reservar la actividad para ver tiburon ballena, era todo mucho m'as caro reservandolo a traves del hotel que haciendolo directamente con otros hoteles o empresas turisticas.

La vegetazione.

Ristorazione solo a buffet. Spiaggia poco curata. Da evitare assolutamente in periodo di piogge per l'eccessiva presenza di insetti, contro I quali a nulla servono creme e protettori. Mi hanno mandato, per email, 2 fatture a fronte di un solo pagamento e sto ancora aspettando la correzione.

Die Bungalows sind schön gemacht, die Lage ist ebenfalls toll.

Wenn man kein all-inclusive-Gast ist, bekommt man leider auch im restaurant nichts zu essen. Eine Bestellung a La Carte ist leider nicht möglich. Da uns das niemand vorher gesagt hat und wir wegen Unwetters das Haus nicht verlassen konnten, war dieser Zustand sehr, sehr unerfreulich!!!

La posizione vicinissima al mare e leggermente fuori dal centro. Le colazioni ottime e la spiaggia molto bella con palme come ombrelloni

Le rifiniture delle camere da migliorare ma l'aspetto è comunque molto piacevole. Non mi ricordo se nelle vostre indicazioni è specificato che le camere che non sono al piano terra si raggiungono con delle scale a chiocciola non penso praticabili da tutte le persone-
