well located, friendly staff, had our booking all ready to go upon arrival Walls were paper thin and hence rooms were very noisy, breakfast was a huge letdown

Great location if on high floor. Very nice views of harbour area including cruise ship traffic. Continental breakfast served on your balcony a nice touch too. Aircon could have been quieter and pillows softer but otherwise a great stay.

The King Room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable, great modern bathroom. The breakfast was included but was absolutely worthless!

Very clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom and bed. We booked the King room, but a 'normal' Double Room was given - seaview though. Breakfast is included but is worthless!

Very friendly, helpful staff, Location in city on waterfront, near Aqua Safari dive shop. Two swimming pools. Nice views from rooms on ocean side.

Great value for money - a very modest hotel with kind and helpful staff. If you are in Cozumel for diving or sight seeing and are planning to be most of the day outside, this would be an excellent choice - not very fancy but has all the essentials. Very good location, in the town center - 5 minute walk south of the ferry (if you dont have too much to carry you don't even need a taxi). Breakfast was very basic. Our A/C was very noisy (although it did keep the room cool).

Personnel très sympathique,accueillant ,disponible.Propreté,prix,petit déjeuner simple mais très correct.Nous sommes vraiment très satisfait de notre séjour. Hôtel à recommander,excellent.

El personal del hotel era excelente Habitación amplia y espaciosa con terraza, llena de aparatos de a/a con unas instalaciones francamente mejorables. Ubicación en el centro de la ciudad El ruido nocturno de los motores en la habitación, que no son los situados en la terraza y el calor que estos generaban probablemente producido por la cantidad de locales comerciales de la planta baja del hotel. La piscina del hotel se encuentra en un área comercial, sin intimidad hacia los huespedes.

Für uns war es wichtig ein Hotel zu finden welches einen gewissen Grundkomfort bietet zu einem kleinen Preis. Und dieses Hotel hat dies mehr als erfüllt! Ich würde hierzu die Schulnote 1- geben (das Minus wegen der Lage an der Straße).

Non è niente di particolare, dipende da quello che si paga. Io penso di aver pagato molto rispetto a quello che ho ottenuto. La colazione è in camera perchè non c'è una sala ristorante ed è abbastanza povera; succhi di scatola e briosche di plastica. Inoltre è eccessivo il termine di 7 giorni prima per fare delle modifiche o disdette. Consiglio di non prenotare con molto anticipo, il prezzo scende.

Die Mitarbeiter sprechen alle sehr gut Englisch und erklaeren alle Moeglichkeiten, die man auf der Insel hat, ohne etwas aufzudraengen. Kurzfristig haben wir uns dann doch entschieden einen alten VW Kaefer zu mieten - in 10 min war er da. Es hat wirklich alles super geklappt. Das Fruehstueck wird zu der Zeit, die man bestellt hat gebracht, auch der Weckruf hat immer funktioniert. Fruehstueck ist ein bisschen duerftig und kann nur am Zimmer eingenommen werden. Zu Weihnachten gab es gratis einen ganz netten Empfang mit Sekt und vollem Buffet - war eine nette Ueberraschung! Vielen Dank an das ganze Mitarbeiterteam! Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind aufgrund des Strassenlaerms nicht so zu empfehlen, da es laut ist. Zimmer in den Hof haben auch einen netten und grosseren Balkon.
