Located on the water a few blocks from the town. Staff was outstanding with breakfast delivered to the room daily. Rooms very clean.
Can be a bit noisy due to the road. TV had very little English speaking stations. Wifi was weak on the 3rd floor.
The staff were really nice, the location is perfect (near the ferry and the restaurants). The room was clean and well kept, and the view of the ocean was perfect!
The room is quite noisy because of the trafic from the main road.
My fiancé and I love everything very close to the ocean
Great view! Very good staff, huge bed, nice wi-fi, good cleaning... It was a perfect time for me, my thoughts and my eyes :)
Great staff and fast wifi. The hotel is close to the ferry port and big supermarket (5-min-walk). Room was big and I loved the towel animals made for me.
No safety deposit box in the room. My room was next to reception, so I could hear people talking with the staff.
Quiet room, stilish appearance of the room, swiming pool. Very good location.
There is nothing like that. Generally / price of the room fluctuates very much, so sometimes you can have nice price and good value, sometimes extremely overpriced ...
The bed was great, and the location is perfect if you want to be central. You´re 5 minutes away from the ferry! The rooms with a sea view are worth the extra money... It´s not only the view, the room itself is nicer.
The view to the bay was amazing . Tv plasma, the lady the next morning, she's so kind. she even dried our bikini
Poor breakfast, they serve you 2 pieces bread , coffee and juice. No phone in any room, I booked a king bed 4 days in advance and they gave me double bed, the bottle water that you get in your room was opened and used it
The size of the room
Right in the middle of the action at the waterfront. Staff were courteous and friendly. Staff spoke good English. Loved the towel creatures the maid Eva would make each morning. We got a lobster, whale, swans and an elephant :) Within walking distance of almost everything.
Aircon can only be on or off, you cannot change the thermostat. The pebbles on the shower floor were a bit uncomfortable under foot. The front room was poorly lit.
Friendly and helpful personel and a very good location
The staff and location are great. Nice rooms, cable tv, small refrigerator. Very good pricing by the week and close the big Mega grocery store.
Not much, it is not an all inclusive and sits in the middle of town next to the ferry landing and cruise ship terminals.
May, one of the staff is very helpful and kind. the location is great and lovely view. clean rooms.
the room is a bit old. breakfast coffee is not good.
This hotel just a walk from the ferry.very big rooms, big bed. Shower was clean with very hot water. There is a nice small pool. The sea view rooms have great views. Staff was friendly
No elevators.. Had to take our bags 4 floors up
Central location, clean ocean view rooms. Be advised: hotel has no elevator. Humble continental breakfast. Previous comments about early morning noise from the pier were true although when windows were closed, the noise from the street and the pier didn't bother us at all. Didn't use the hotel small pool as it seemed not so clean for us. Air condition was great. Mini fridge at thr room.
No elevator.... Pool was not so clean
Guy out front (evening guy) needs customer service training. The morning guy was very good
The rooms were good sized for the price and the private pool kept you feeling like you were relaxed. It was located within walking distance of a lot of fun things.
The room had a connecting door that each new occupant next door, would try and use. The location was bad just because we were on our honeymoon and ended up in tourist central.
Walking distance to all the right spots. Excellent view. Nice and comfy. Exactly what I needed for my first Ironman
The sellers at the entrance
Location, welcoming staff and nice large room with breakfast served in the room. Very good value for price and nice pleasant surprise
AC Fast wifi Friendly service
Was one small stain on sheet
The view was great from our room! We could see the activity out on the water, and also on the street below. The room was very large, and was very clean. The hotel staff was professional and helpful, They allowed us to use their phone to make tour and activity arrangements. The breakfast was a perfect light meal before our dives, and always arrived at our room at the time we had selected. I cannot evaluate the pool- it was too hot during our stay to really use it, and we were diving most days anyway.
However... the main purpose of a hotel room is to sleep. From other reviews, I saw that some people complained about the street noise. For me, the street noise was not that bad; it was there but kind of blended in. The reason I will not return to this hotel is that the scuba company next door receives its delivery of tanks at 3-4 a.m. Every day. CLANG! CLANG! Probably at least 100 tanks. It woke me up every night, by the last night of our stay I fell back asleep after 10 min or so just because our trip had been so active and we were really tired. My daughter slept through it, but she's slept through a tent collapsing on her in a storm! The only other thing was minor and personal preference: with breakfast delivered right to our room, we did not meet or interact with any of the other guests.
Town location, air conditioning and WIFI were pluses. There was convenient parking nearby. The breakfasts were very good with a whole pot of coffee! I didn't use the TV, but it was modern. Hot water in bathroom. Everything was clean. The maid left towels rolled up which looked like a bear using flowers for ears and eyes- very special.
Third floor without elevator and hard mattress (like most Mexican hotels) were the negatives. This is not a swank, resort hotel by any means, but is a hotel I'd definitely recommend.
The location is great. Near the ferry, shops and food. Bay view is great. Across the street from the diver's dock. The place is very clean and shiny, has a private pool, pleasing decor. I felt very safe. I will stay here the next time I need lodging that does not require a beach. Wonderful hotel.
Traditional rock-hard mexican bed.
The hotel is in the middle of downtown Cozumel and has a small rooftop pool. We arrived early and our room was ready to go and the staff was very welcoming and kind. There are many good shopping opportunities close by and great restaurants too. The continental breakfast has fresh baked goods, juice and coffee. Lovely, small, quaint place to stay.
Felt very safe even though the rooms didn't have the best locks. Very friendly staff
Pool was too small
