the desing of the rooms.

Elevator service at one point was just one of the three working. the hallways are to dark, the rooms need a bit more light.

WLAN is 16$ per day which should be included today in hotels at this Level Standard rooms are fairly dark You can hear everything ...no possibility for a good night sleep Rooms need refurbishment, you can see the decay of the hotel in the rooms

Some details could be better for a 5 star Hotel like: 1) 10m to be seated in the restaurant for Dinner 2) Took so long to come the food and drinks 3) In the room the pen and the pencil were not working 4) Internet access is paid and expensive

The fantastic hammock in the shower was a really nice treat. The overall design was quite in line with the other hip W hotels I have stayed at.

In today's day and age, having to pay big cash for WiFi is a real disadvantage. On my short business trip I felt a bit gouged by the 24 internet rates. The free WiFi in the lounge wasn't working so I had to suck it up and pay out of pocket to work. :(

Nicely decorated at our Spectacular room Superb staff, polite and all time looking for our wellness Own coffee maker tray, but ours was not refurbished (no more sugar bags, or coffee by the next day, tray simply dissappeared, with everything on it), or was it the rule. Then buy your own coffee and bring in. Polanco is safe and surrounded by tasting looking restaurants and bars

Deeply shocked to hear all the canalisation noises generated from the showers of our neighbors. This said, they only do it once a day. But this is not acceptable from a W Room door was not soundproof enough from chatting people walking by the corridor Internet is extra, but this seems to be standard with all big names now

Location is great and it is an interesting concept.

Good location, close to the museums and parks. Perfect organization of the city tours, not too expensive, professional guide.

Very cold inside. No swimming pool.

Wonderful atmosphere and helpful staff, many trendy restaurants, bars, cafes and shops around W. I love here so much, definitely live here when I travel Mexico city again!

La cama es deliciosa, la regadera me encanta!

Las habitaciones son confortables y la musica de ambientacion en las diferentes areas.

El piso de la habitacion no estaba en buen estado, aparte de que estaba manchado, habia mosaico roto.

Todo es Hotel su diseño.

Como me trataron ya que el WC de la habitación no sirvió hable dos veces y no lo arreglaron además de que no nos dejo dormir por que se tiraba el agua, un hotel de esta categoría no puede permitir esto, cobrando esas tarifas, y no dar una compensación de puntos o un descuento.

Atención-Ubicación e Instalaciones

Lo unico que no me agrado es que yo reserve por medio de ustedes por la cantidad de 7,100 pesos y a la hora del cobro final, pague 8,800 pesos.

No me gustó que no tengan piscina. Creo que lo hacen demasiado exclusivo, es decir, no muy amigable para gente joven. Sin embargo todo el equipo de trabajo es joven, entonces no hace sentido...

El servicio a cuarto estuvo pésimo y tardado. No trajeron las cosas como se pidieron y el producto que dieron como "disculpa" fue agua mineral.

Siempre que viajo a la ciudad de Mexico. Siempre llego a w excelente bienvenida, instalaciones, spa, comida, simplemente al entrar al lobby lounge es como llegar a casa y se olvida cualquier stress!!! Por eso en Mexico y en varias partes como ny elijo w!!

La Regadera con múltiples chorros. El Bar frente al Lobby por supuesto Los jabones y cremas esencia a limón son un acierto La decoración con paredes rojas le da un toque muy prendido Claro que el confort de la cama y la ropa de cama y múltiples almohadas para ajustar la posición

Que mi tarjeta requerida para subir en el elevador no era reconocida por el sensor del mismo aún y cambiándola múltiples veces de posición.
