Rooms excellent Staff outstanding Food good
Music everywhere, including the corridors If you are unlucky enough to get a room near the lift (elevator) you can hear the chimes in your room. It gets very irritating
Room comfort is excellent Staff are exceptionally attentive and polite Food is very good Check in and check out is fast and efficient
Never enough shower hot water in the afternoons Thumping music plays 24-7 in every public area of the hotel, including corridors! Can hear corridor music from room Can hear lift chimes from room Lift management system is bizarre
Good shops and restaurants within walking distance, excellent front desk and concierge service, allowed free early check in, fast wifi
Drainage in shower was gurgling all night, no selection for pillows
The hammock in the room.
Loud neighbours at night time.
Close to downtown.
Loud music in lobbie at night. impossible to talk. more like a club
I THOUGHT THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE OUTSTANDING.
The spa is just amazing and the beds are super comfy!
location great, staff are helpful
rest is average for price
Staff were helpful and provided good information about things to do in Mexico City
Having to pay for Internet access is a rip off considering the price of the room
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable.
There was work being done in the lobby area. Elevators were slow at times.
No availability for doctors on time and outrages prices!!!! too bad...
Rooms were good as with location
You were renovating and many facilities were closed and we were not informed prior to arrival
Design is very appealing Location is excellent for tourists, also convenient for business
Very outdated and worn, wear and tear is apparent throughout the halls and rooms, elevators are a disaster, reconstruction of what used to be a hip whiskey bar in the lobby does not add to the ambience... Definitely not recommended before a major renovation.
I called to confirm my booking (Rosy & Melissa from Whatever Whenever service) were so nice, polite and helpful, I received an upgrade from them, for my birthday celebration, which i wasn't expecting, they made my stay unforgettable, me and my friends had a good time and we loved the rooms. Luggage porter very helpful. Personal at the Spa very friendly. Clean rooms. Valet parking personal very efficient.
There was no eye contact with the receptionist, when we approached to the front office, everyone seemed to be very busy to attend the clients. Me and my friends stayed for 1 night because we were partying the night before in the area, we had until 12pm to check out, and the house keeping knocked the door and wake us up at 8am to clean the room, she should have a list with the stay over and due out rooms right? We mentioned this situation upon check out, and the receptionist just said "oh really"?, no apology given. It can't be right that employees who customers can't see (telephonists) are more friendly and offer better service than the ones that are supposed to be the face of the hotel (receptionists). Not very good service for a worldwide W hotel standards.
Love this hotel. Very cool place to hang out as well as stay
The lift management it system is frankly bizarre. Always a comedy moment when you see them going up and down ignoring your call!
Excellent views, excellent showers, excellent rooms. Handyman made it his personal mission to find a solution to fix the in-room audio. Great job. Concierge had a very good dinner recommendation.
Two times I've been there in 2 years, and both times there was a girl at reception giving me attitude. Everyone else was gracious, don't understand why the girl at reception puts herself on a pedestal - working at the W doesn't make you better than your guests. Her attitude really ruins the experience when arriving or leaving. Maybe I missed the messaging when I reserved, but it would have been nice to know they were renovating the hotel before I picked it.
Room was to expectations & exactly as the website portrays.
The gym/spa was the worst example of all W's I have seen.
Muy bien ubicado, excelente servicio.
Location Architecture Design hotel Mp3 and dvds cds to guests in the room
The location, it's safe and close to all good restaurants and shopping streets.
First of all it's so different from all the others W i stayed in. It looks so poor and the luxury is missing. It needs to be renovated.. I was so dissapointed coz i love W worldwide. They dont even have a pool:(.So IF u are this kind of person that is looking for luxury and comfort i would say take a better look. And i am only saying this coz i know it will help plp like me on choosing the luxury that they r willing to pay for!
Excellent hotel. Good facilities.
No coffee maker in the room.
