nothing, we was really disapointed of the complete hotel and staff, waiters has charge wrong prices, we had to call every day the room service that our room was cleaned. I don't think that you have super visors in this Hotel.

room wasn't clean and your staff wasn't friendly

Beautiful, great location. Wonderful pool. Most staff very good although some front desk personell not too bright. Wifi, as is common in Mexico, was on and off the whole week.

Bedbugs. As a physician who treats flight crews at an international airport clinic, I am very familiar with bedbug bites and the international problems with them. There is no question but that I had new bedbug bites every morning, except the last two when I "bathed" in insect spray before bed. I informed the desk personel who didn't know what a bedbug was. Not wanting to hurt their business and willing to put up with the itchy bites while enjoying the otherwise great hotel, I chose not to make too big a deal about the problem. Not a sign of a dirty hotel by any means. Bedbugs are an international problem at all kinds of private homes and hotels-fine and not soo fine.
