Great location, right on the beach and just a short walk to the town. Two swimming pools.
The cabana we stayed in was very spacious but also very dark. It needs some extra lights or windows. In general, this place feels a bit outdated to other resorts on Holbox, but offers a good value for money.
Staff very friendly. The manager Ninna was very helpful with us when one our child was hurt. Very good breakfast. A/C didn't work that well...
The overall appearance was nice and clean
The food was horrible and over priced .
the location is right at the beach and in a quiet area. the cabanas are in a good state and the clean family pool was right at our doorstep.
The breakfast is close to a disaster. the staff clearly isn't trained to attend more than a few people at a time, so it was big chaos each morning when the guests 'clustered up' for breakfast. the toasters were only sometimes working properly, there wasn't enough kitchenware and the space was very reduced for the kind of hotel they wish to represent. but at least the coffee was good.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. I'm used to firm beds when I visit Mexico and we stayed in 5 different hotels during our 8 day trip. This bed was by far the worst!
The staff is engaged and incredibly helpful. The beach is fantastic and the pools are lovely and the grounds are well kept.
The beds were terrible! It was like sleeping on a box spring - perhaps worse. The mosquito nets should be replaced as well -- they were quite ripped, so not as effective as they need to be.
Beds were horrible Value for money was extremely poor It was a dark, dull room Mosquito nets were broken
Lovely setting. Staff at reception desk always helpful.
Beside the continental breakfasts, which were fine, I only had one meal there which I would rate as fair.
The rooms were nice and quiet, staff is helpful , very convenient location far enough from the village to avoid noise but Alking distance
Breakfast is poor, we have to queue for toasting our bread, coffee is very light, limited fruits and loud music in the morning, they could also open at 7 00 rather than 730 as if you want to go on a boat trip at 800 You have no time for breakfast
