Location at 1Borneo easy to shop. Affordable price Big swimming pool Gym

Not enough car parks. Provided with only one whereas we used 2cars.

Nice and cosy

1. There was no washing machine 2.At least fir the first day some Mineral water bottles should have been provided 3. The frying pan was too huge to fry eggs a smaller one and if it is non stick will be welcome

At the 1 Borneo Tower b Service Apartments, I find a very comfortable place. Quiet place and good for relaxing although nearby shops are a bit further away but still a good place to stay. The security system is excellent and very safe place to park a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up.

Firstly, the tv channel was a insufficient, only few channels can be found. Secondly, the policy at the swimming pool was a bit harsh. As a Bruneian, we keep the tradition of not to expose our body as much as possible and plus some of my family is a Muslim. One of the Pool staff approach and said that ladies should wear a bikini or else the staff will be in trouble by his/her boss. The Management should know that different country has a different rules and regulation especially about exposing bodies. So my wife and her sister are not happy and decide not to swim at the pool. I hope management can consider about this. Thanks.

The management that incharge during my booking. Office was just like a store room, mistake while charging my credit card (and ended up being blocked). And when asked about why the parking allocated was parked by someone else car i was told it was the boss car and told to park next to it. For info... say you are told to park at A1 you would comply and wont go to A2. I had to park elsewhere and few occasion i got note to move my car.

The apartment has all cooking facilities and a washing machine (need to request in advance). The location is conveniently located beside1Borneo, an ideal place for shopping and easy access to supermarket, restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The taxi area is located at the main entrance of 1Borneo across. There is also free shuttle commuting between 1Borneo and Kota Kinabalu.

kemudahan yang di sediakan adalah baik. Ruang yang besar untuk kanak-kanak bermain. Ruang memasak yang agak besar membolehkan kami sekeluarga memasak. bilik tidur yang luas dan sangat selesa dan bersih. kami sekeluarga sangat berpuashati.

ada 2 perkara yang kami tidak suka, 1. bagi orang islam kami amat menitik beratkan soal kiblat untuk menunaikan solat. keadaan ini tiada di hotel. kiblat yang disediakan amat mengelirukan kami. 2. terdapat pangkin kecil diatas katil bilik tidur utama yang mempunyai tingkap. keadaan itu sangat merbahaya terhadap kanak-kanak yang kecil lagi aktif. mereka akan memanjat pangkin kecil itu. yang menakutkan ialah apabila mereka membuka tingkap tersebut. saya harap pihak hotel perlu mengunci tingkap ini dengan baik.

Easy access to shopping.

The toilet smell weird, even air fresher also can't cure the smell.

The location is very good as there is a shopping center next to it. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are neat, clean, well kept and well-equipt (especially the kitchenette).

The lifts are a bit too slow. Apparently there are one or two lifts which are not in working order.

Access to the apartment is secured. Condition of the room is reasonable. The rooms are a bit small and no wardrobe and mirror table in one of the rooms. Location is certainly a big plus.

Space, no wardrobe and table mirror. No telephone line to call reception.

Love the place. It has everything I need for me and my family..even a washing maching. Cool! I would love to go back there again.
