The location is good and it is near good eating places. The staff were helpful and polite. The room does not provide kettle for hot water boiling. Having said that, the saving grace is that it provides hot water flask for collecting hot water at the lobby. The breakfast were just 2 slices of bread with free flow of coffee - we were a bit taken aback initially but, hey, we are paying peanuts... |

Budget is good if compare to surrounding accomodation, but it quite far to visiting spot Poor patrol check before customer check in (Due to some electrical appliance (Lighting) out of service & no hot water (Shower)supply in the afternoon (When check in) |

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Carpet was wet in places, however rain had been very heavy. Nice easy walk to Jonkers St. |

V pleasant staff and helpful manager, the manager gave us a malacca city map to guide us, and even provide free breakfast for extra two persons in the group, no extra charge for larger group than specified during booking ..v near to one of the tourist attraction I.e perigi hang li poh... Perhaps can change the old carpet, old tv and add astro..... |

The room and facilities are not very new, but is acceptable and clean. Will stay here again because of the clean room with good price, location and good service. Very simple breakfast so we need to take 2nd breakfast. Bathroom need to be renovated also. |

We had one extra guest with us but the hotel owner did not mind it and was very accommodating with the complementary breakfast, i.e. he allowed our extra guest to have breakfast without extra charges. Also parking was free for guests. The corridors were long, warm and not well lit. The carpeting in the corridors smelt as old and unpleasant. Refurbishing works in some rooms caused the corridors to smell of paint. |

It was close to the city centre. The hotel does not deserve to be called a hotel. More of a motel. It is smelly and it needs new carpeting. |

Breakfast is poor, just a packet of nasi lemak or two slice of toast with coffee or tea. The hotel and facilities were old.There are other newly open hotel offer cheaper rate than this hotel as under the same grading.In fact I shouldn't have make this booking in the first place next time i would rather walk in. |
