The location is just before the road to Bandar Hilir and so we do not have the to drive through that area. The jam is horrendous. Free parking for guests. We got a really good deal via Booking.com. I checked the rack rates which I think is very expensive for a budget hotel. No brekfast provided unfortunately. It's not the worst thing that can happen to you espcially Malacca is food haven so finding cheap breakfast is not difficult. There is no lift. Luckily our room is on the 1st floor so not too hard on my aged parents.

nothing to recommend the hotel except for its king size bed no lift, had to walk up, long bath that could not be used and generally facilities falling apart.

Memberi penjelasan tentang tempat yang ingin di lawati dan memberi map... Tidak mendapat katil yang seperti di ingin kan... Setelah menghubungi pihak hotel untuk menayakan tentang bilik dan katil yang di request.. Staff berkenaan hanya menjawab " dah tukar kot katil tu" tanpa mengambil permintaan secara serius.. Apabila sampai di hotel.. Seperti di jangkakan tidak ada perubahan seperti di request.. Sangat kesal..

แอร์ ใหม่ ห้องเก่ามาก เหม็นกลิ่นแมลงสาป ไม่มีสายชำระ มีขันให้ ผ้าปูที่นอนเก่าจนเป็นสีเหลือง อยู่ติดสี่แยก เสียงรถดังหลับๆตื่นๆ ทั้งคืน ในห้องพักไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเลย ห้องพักนอน4คน ราคา 2,200 บาท แพงมากๆ ไม่มีอาหารเช้าด้วย

Convenient location. Easy to book. There was no kettle in the room. Should have one, especially for Family Room. We had to walk up and downstairs to get hot water in a flask from the reception counter and that was troublesome.

The location is very strategic. Located at the centre of Malacca - easy to go around places. Accordian is old hotel. Basic amenities are all sufficient for staying especially for budget travel. Only thing that the hotel can improve is the carpet cleanliness. I found it is not properly clean. Not only at room but also at the staircase. I hope the hotel management could look into this matter. Thanks.

Prima hotel voor een stedentrip. Verder niets bijzonders. Personeel niet erg behulpzaam. Bedden redelijk klein, zoals overigens overal in Maleisie.

Helpful n courteous staff, next to bus-stop from Melaka Central. Bath area needs some renovation work, tiles were cracked in some places. Musty smell when air-con was off for some time.
